DISCLAIMER : this post was only made to apologize and explain why I make post asking for advice on my anxiety and self esteem and stuff. I’m NOT looking for pity! it’s also serving as a thank you to everyone I have met on here so far

So I just want to say sorry for coming on here asking for advice on my mental health a lot. I know that it’s not anyone’s job on here to be my therapist or anything, I just don’t really feel there’s a lot of people irl I can talk to about this kind of stuff because they either don’t take it seriously and make jokes out of it making me feel worse, or they straight up don’t care. (Though I do have a few people I can talk to about this stuff, I don’t see them much). Anyways point is sorry for posting about it so much.

I also wanted to say thank you to everyone! Everyone on here has been so nice to me and it really makes me happy to log on here and look forward to talking to you guys. A lot of you guys have given me helpful advice and its actually really helped me. Some of you even helping me with my confidence in not only my writing skills but myself as a person as well. I can’t stress this enough, but you guys are all awesome people and really good friends. Thank you everyone! :)
I think it's awesome that you feel safe here (even if not so awesome that you don't feel as safe elsewhere). For the times you are specifically asking about stuff relating to mental/emotional health, I'd like to offer you a more focused part of the community for talking about stuff like that, the Here For You group. Responses are not always fast or numerous, but everyone in there is there with a mentality of seeking and offering help and validation. :)
Let me just say, I don't think you should feel the need to apologize for seeking help with legitimate issues. Novalynn already linked to an awesome group for things like this, so I'll just say, while I don't personally know you well, judging from what I have seen of you you are a fun, interesting person.

And I am glad you are starting to feel more comfortable and confident. :)
