A simple complete the sentence game! (It's been a while since I've seen one of these, so I decided to make my own.) For the person above you, all you have to do is say, "Stop! You're under arrest for..." then write whatever the reason is!
You can post as a user or as a character, but the reason for arrest needs to be positive if they're a user or related to their character sheet if they're a character profile. No overly negative remarks, okay?
