What the title says - What's your favorite programs for photo editing? Feel free to talk about them and what not, or show off work. I just wanna talk about programs and cool pictures!! This all stems from the last four/five hours I've spent frantically and poorly editing photos to use for a creative writing class simply because I could.

Personally, I largely use Paint.Net because its free and simple and most of my photo edits are... equally Free and Simple in style if u catch my drift. I'm working on learning Gimp and it looks like it has a lot more to offer than MsPaint's cooler brother does, but the learning curve is more intense and I don't have the focus or time required to really sit down and watch some videos about it. I don't really have access to more expensive ones and I think my mom and Adobe have beef anyways so Photoshop has always been a distant dream for me. However! I am happy with what I got and I really don't mind it all that much.

Gimp has always been my go to, after discovering it at around 13 and switching to that from MS paint. At first the program was very confusing which often times turned into frustration but it didn't take long to grasp the concept for my needs. And despite using the program for around 7 years I still don't know about half the crap on there

I've always wanted either Paint Tool Sai or Photoshop, but being the broke bish that I am it's impossible at the moment.
