Next weekend, starting on Friday the 7th, we'll be kicking off the Living Library event!Players interested in becoming "books": pick a unique aspect about yourself. (As per RPR's rules, religious and political topics should be avoided.) It may be cultural heritage, a niche hobby, an unusual profession, etc.
For example:
- self-employed basket weaver
- Lakota heritage
- kayak marathoner
- raptor rehabilitator
- 5 years with Parkinson's disease
Other members will then be able to peruse the "books" by asking appropriate, good-faith questions in their topics.
This event will kick off next weekend, so use this time to think about what kind of subject you might be interested in being a "book" on!

@Storm_Hazel If I'm not mistaken, the Living Library event is entirely OOC and is all about sharing your lived experience, as a real person, with people who may want to know more for whatever reason.

Does it have to be realistic, or are fantasy jobs and hobbies for characters allowed?

The living library has historically always been the second weekend of November, so more than likely it was a typo! I think it's safe to assume it starts on the 8th this year.
I think it must be copied from another year 😁
Hey, when is this starting? Heh. It says 'next week' on the 1st, but that's today.
