Even if no romance is going on, it just feels weird? to hypothetically have a roleplay partner that's like, 14, 15, 16... This isn't just about 18+ content. I am over 21, so it's just weird.

Ay, I'm Solmaz though some friends know me as Dei. I hope you enjoy my OCs and would like to engage with them as I yours!
Also, being one to also RP as my fav canon characters — if you have a gripe with how I interpret a character, the characters I play are an amalgamation of their game, comic, book, or show counterparts (should they have one) 𝘱𝘭𝘶𝘴 my own headcanons. If you dislike that, I suggest seeing someone else for a roleplay re: fandom.
Additionally, I'm 21+ and so I will not roleplay general 1x1 with minors or those under 20! It just feels weird to have a roleplay partner that's obviously just too young. Even if romance isn't involved in the roleplay, I still feel weird about it. It just doesn't seem right to me. I prefer to roleplay with people my age.
If you lie about your age or you just seem suspicious from the start, I have every right to decline and, if anything, may be moved to block you as well.
If you are underaged, please do not contact me for roleplays. It really doesn't matter if you really like that characters I play. I promise you, you can find a healthy partnership with someone of your own age group that has characters you'd love just as much.
Side Note: I do curse! I use swear words, especially if it fits the character in a given moment. If you don't like that — euh... I'll do my best to censor myself, but if one slips out, I'm within my rights to say it.
About Discord. Yes I have one, no I don't hate it, however I'm practicing some distance from just handing out my Discord nilly-willy. It's not a personal attack, it's just a preference. If I know you expressed an interest, I may think about it over time.
I love character depth and exploration — especially for the canons I enjoy to play. Admittedly, a lot of canons don't have fleshed out backgrounds beyond maybe an interesting appearance, personality quirk, or gimmick — and I enjoy digging into that. I'm entirely biased for a damn well planned out narrative, and most often than not, I just really appreciate the build-up between characters.
Still, contrary to belief, I love IC shitposts! Or cracky-silly roleplays! I'm not so "serious" that I can't have fun like that. Yes I like planning and all that jazz, but it's also just as nice to "build up from nothing," especially from some silly interactions that evolve over time.
I'm fine with combat in roleplays, but I'm firmly on the side that combat should enhance drama, move a scene, or direct a narrative. I prefer story and character above anything else. That doesn't mean I won't involve a good battle scene or so, just don't expect it to be the core theme of the roleplay. I love some good comedic misunderstandings or scenes — they're fun and playful both IC and OOC. Romance, I do enjoy but I find myself declining these sort of requests! Sorry, I like romance, but I don't trust that many users do not lie about their age.
When it comes to RP, I'd appreciate information about RP preferences and styles. I am an advanced, literate, 3rd Person roleplayer who also does semi-literate RP. That said, I namely appreciate and expect players of a similar calibre. If you only roleplay in 1st/2nd Person and want to RP with me, I suggest finding someone more compatible.
Literacy is a must. If your replies aren't fluent and are choppy to read or understand, and don't progressively get better, I have a right to refuse on continuing any further. I can forgive minor or meaningless typos, but if I can't understand what's being said or done in a reply despite it being English... We're off to a bad start.

Definitely one of my favorites. Not only is it the fact of the name Dei has, or they fact that dei is amazing at role-playing. But over all, just a wonderful person to plot with. I mean, I just got started not too long ago, and after ONE role play I feel professional. Looking forward for more.
