I've only had the chance to RP with MadRat here twice so far, but both times were so exceedingly entertaining that I am eager to do so again.

MadRat's strange way of writing has kept me on my toes. I know so much about his characters through action and second-hand thought. He doesn't need to tell you about her characters because it's spelled out in every post without direct telling. - Cacophony

I'm so glad I shot MadRatBird a PM! Go ahead, do it, too.
Why would you want to do that, you ask? Well, for one, he's a very nice person who doesn't bite (although her characters sometimes do). I get shy and anxious easily, but MadRatBird is so awesomely laid-back about things that talking and RPing with him is pure anxiety-free joy.
Don't believe what he says about not being good at writing/RPing, IT'S A LIE!

MadRatBird has been a good friend of mine for over a year and has constantly impressed me and surpassed my expectations with her roleplaying skill and general friendly and kind demeanor. I am truly thankful to count him as a friend and RP partner! Seek him out if you value well-written plots and a nice person to chat with.

Despite a username that conjures images of rabid bats, MadRatBird is both a superb RPer and highly unlikely to deliver a bite that will necessitate a long series of painful shots. You might notice he has a million of these testimonials already - this is probably because his characters are original, convincing, and in possession of enough 'tude to keep things interesting. His posts are consistently full of detail and always enough to keep a scene moving. - Jinxy111

MadRatBird is a sweetheart. As a roleplayer they invest themselves in each post, expressing a voracious appetite for adventure. OOC they're a fantastically creative artist and joy to talk to as well! After roleplaying tonight I had to give Kudos. Amazing characters that I've seen so far, incredible roleplayer and super fun! I've never seen something like Nameless so perfectly executed. Knows how to effectively walk the difficult line of playing a horror character productively. - Paich

It's difficult to stay humble about MadRatBird. Not only is he an excellent roleplayer with interesting characters, he's an incredibly friendly and fun person to talk to as well!
Not to forget he's a very frequent poster. He's not the type to let an RP die!

MadRatBird is a talented and eloquent roleplayer, his posts are clear, consistent and filled with fun. The two characters I have played with, Luna and Evelyn are clearly wildly different from each other, yet both charming and fun in their own ways, a trick I have wished many other players could have learned in my widely varied RP past. Even more important, and equally well managed is MadRatBird's ability to keep OOC knowledge out of his characters' knowledge. - Nero
