On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Tar is an excellent source of flavor in any story! Their characters are unique and have a multitude of different personalities, to the point that it almost feels like different characters were *written* by different people. Every character manages to drive the story forward or serve to add a dash of something new to every scene, and even their more *unpleasant* characters (looking at you, Azh,) will be a delight for you to have your own characters interact with! One might not see Tar on the Furcadia platform all that much anymore - but that doesn't mean they aren't perpetually hard at work making RP enjoyable for everyone around them! Theo is bonkers in every conceivable way, but the most impressive thing about him (and Tar as a writer) is that even with a character like this - a space-wizard from a dead musical world, at just enough arm's-length from mortal beings to appear to work in mysterious (or simply trollish) ways - the thought that goes into him is utterly airtight. I've seen them lay foundations for several settings, and have thrown my own characters at theirs countless times, and I must say - I will always be impressed by their imagination and laser-focused attention to detail and continuity! Coltara and their characters are fantastic. Maxie is a great, well-made character who I enjoy getting to bother, regardless of who with - especially with how open the writer is to potential plots, good or dark! I've been roleplaying since I was very young. One of my earliest roleplay memories was with Coltara/Tailbone, and they inspired me, along with a handful of other lovely people I met back in that time alongside them, to continue to write and roleplay. This is a very belated 'thank you' in a sense ( nearly ten years belated! ), and a recommendation. I remember distinctly how well atmosphere and feeling could be woven by them, and it's stuck with me all these years. A+ Writer! - yamashta

Maxie is an incredibly complex character with a rich personal history that plays a role in his every day decisions. He's got just the right amount of conflict in his life that every thing new he experiences develops him all the more into the incredible character that he is.
He's well made, well played and the player has put so much effort into him both behind the scenes and up front. Definitely a 'must RP with' character.' - Degu -
Maxie (and his meticulous player) has drawn out both the worst - and a surprising best - from a character of mine that isn't known for such true extremes, and it's made for some of the meatiest and most rewarding RP I've had in a long time.

I wanted to expand on Coltara as a commissioner.
As a client, I can't ask for better - nor have I recieved better! Coltara is someone who will give you lots of guidance, make their wants very clear - all while still giving the artist their head. I often end up doing much more work when doing art for Coltara, but they're always sure to offer compensation for the work before I can even ask - which I find amazingly respectful and a much loved trait for a repeat client. -Tate -
Coltara is a repeat commissioner of mine, and a good friend. Despite multiple falling outs, we've found each other again, and for that, I'm truly glad. They're someone my life feels more complete having in it.
Their characters are ridiculously detailed and well thought out, down to the tiniest of details. Frankly, I don't know how they manage it, but boy am I pleased they do! Their profiles never leave me wanting. In action, their characters are just as much of a treat! -Tate -
While I have not played significantly with them yet aside from a few very old group scenes, Coltara's been a good person to simply talk to - and a great animation buddy on top of that!

Well hey, I've never had that problem with Tailbone. They've always been on-par with the wit and creativity of their characters in day-to-day conversation. They are intelligent, but never the one to say so.
You will never feel like you are lesser than Tailbone, which is a good thing since I'm pretty sure the only thing beneath the tailbone is, well, a butt. - AgentMoore
