first welcome to RPR...now we do PM (private message) and since i am horrible at explaining i do hope somebody can help you learn what you need to know~
Welcome to the site. Yes there is a pm function on this site.you just have to click on the username of the person you want to pm. Then if its not a character then you just click send message. That's the what I know of it for a certainty. Hope it helps some. :)

Also, you can access your inbox with the little letter icon in the top right. From there you can search for players and characters to message and keep track of your received mail.
