Mr. Koala (played anonymously)

Mr. Koala giggled as he saw Lilly come in the room in a robe. She said hit to Ellie and Marcel and him and he smiling. "MORNING!" He belted out. "Mr. Koala slept, Mr. Koala awake." He said simply smiling as he looked down at the floor. She asked if he would like something to eat and he looked up at her. "Yes!" He said before looking down falling off the couch onto his bucket as it wobbled around under his feet before he fell off of it onto the floor on his butt laughing. He stood up and grunted as he pushed his bucket back up, and started picking the pieces of candy that fell out putting them back in over the top one at a time. When he was done he took a deep breath letting it out with a 'huff' sound as he looked around the room looking at everything.

As he walked by some chairs he would look at the dust on the lower bars and brush them off with his hands making a tiny 'haaachooo' sound and then walk over to the terrarium looking up at it from far down below. "That is where Marcel lives!" He said pointing at it then looking over at Lilly. He pointed up the stairs. "That is where Lilly lives." He said smiling as he walked over to the kitchen. He would walk over to Lilly sitting down on her foot as he wrapped his arms around her calf, holding on and closing his eyes. Apparently where ever she was walking he was going to ride her foot.

It seemed like the creature wasn't bothered at all by the change of scenery. He didn't even ask her how he'd gotten up there. She assumed he'd know that she had to carry him, especially given that the space between the steps of the stairs was almost as big as he was tall. It was actually quite comforting and reassuring that he wasn't questioning her, and even though she had been overthinking the decision before she had went to bed, she did feel confident that she made the right decision now.

"That's good, I'm glad you managed to rest. You looked like you needed it. Halloween was that exciting for you, huh?" She chuckled in amusement, soon filling her own cup with coffee and placing it on the kitchen table. "I assume you don't drink this stuff? If you do though, I'm happy to make you a cup."

She moved to the fridge once more and took out a bottle of milk before getting some sugar cubes from the cabinet. Those, she placed on the table too while Mr. Koala made his way off of the couch. It wasn't an easy task for him it seemed, but no matter how many times he toppled over and landed on his butt he did seem to keep giggling about it.

She looked for a moment as he placed the candy back in the bucket but soon put some butter in a pan, adding eggs and bacon to it once it had melted enough. Her attention only wandered away from her pan when he mentioned Marcel, and she looked over at the terrarium curiously to see if a response would follow. Sure enough, a head moved and appeared above one of the lower-hanging branches, peeking out to attempt to see the one that had said his name. Slowly, more of Marcel became visible even though most of his body was still hidden behind the terrarium plants. He appeared to be a Pewter morph, fully grown ball python and as of now it seemed like he had found himself entranced by the sight of the koala. Once he could easily see the small creature, he didn't move much anymore, instead watching calmly as if he tried to figure out what the furry creature was doing in their home.

"Bless you," She offered once he sneezed. Maybe she had to clean more properly, but those low hanging dust bunnies had never been obvious to her until now.

As he unexpectedly moved to her foot and decided to wrap his tiny paws around her calf, she couldn't help but to let out a delighted laugh. "Okay buddy, come here then." She requested, moving her hands towards him so that she could pick him up and move him higher up so that he could sit on her shoulder.

With a small arrangement of food set out on the counter, Lilly showed him the choices he had when it came to breakfast. There was bacon and eggs that were now almost cooked, fresh bread from the night before that she could even turn into toast, some apples as well as a pear and some clementines. If none of that was to his liking, she would open to fridge to take out some of her special cheeses and some grapes she had left over.

"Is there any of these you'd like to eat?" She asked about all the choices, wishing to allow for him to decide what he wanted to eat.

When Lilly said 'Bless You' he looked up at her and smiled. "Bless you too!" Apparently he liked blessing people in return. He sat on her foot and hugged her leg but soon he felt hands wrap around him as he looked up. He went up in the air in her hands and soon he was sitting on her shoulder. He grabbed her head with is arms, his left hand wrapping around her hair as he leaned his body against her cheek, his left temple against her right temple and looked down at what she had been working on. "Smells good!" He said to her.

He looked at the eggs, and the bacon, and the milk. He then looked at her with his lips in an 'o' shape as he stared in her eyes a long moment. He then leaned over letting go of her hair as he moved his hands onto her ear lobe. He would hold it with both hands and lean in, his tiny mouth whispering into her ear like it was a secret. "I want egg and bacon and milk with honey in it." He said thinking a moment. "And I want you to have it too." He said leaning over giving her a peck on the cheek as he giggled and then moved his hand behind her head holding onto her hair as he leaned his head back against her head.

As he hung on close to her he would start to wobble his head back and forth, his ear brushing against her cheek. As he sat there he would then look back at her and take his right hand trying to stick his finger into her ear laughing and giggling like crazy. "GOT YOU!"

The blessing was appreciated, and she said nothing of it. Instead, she focused on the light tapping of his paws against her face, her neck and her hair. He wasn't hurting her or bothering her for that matter, but she was quite ticklish, and his behaviour had her chuckling.

"Thank you, dear." She said in response to his compliment, scrambling the eggs and adding a pinch of dark sugar before turning over the bacon to let both sides get crispy.

The thin breakfast bacon shrunk in the pan, the heat causing it to wrinkle until it had the perfect kind of bite to it. She looked pleased then, and she turned off the stove before taking a coaster out of the cabinet and using it to place the pan on the table.

"Bacon and eggs and milk with honey?" She inquired, laughing a little bit. "I'm sure I can make that happen."

She turned back to the cabinets then, taking out a new mug followed by another as he expressed, he wanted for her to have it too.

"All right, I sure am willing to try it." She agreed. She was sure she had drunk warm milk with honey before, but it had been a long time and she'd forgotten the taste. It couldn't be bad though, that she was sure of.

After a few minutes of microwaving the mugs that had gotten filled with milk, a little bit of steam came off of them as she took them back out and closed the microwave door. She set them on the table then, adding a small plate to each as well as the necessary cutlery and the jar of honey.

Taking two teaspoons of the golden good, she put one in each of their mugs, allowing for them to swirl it while the honey melted a little.

The peck on her cheek earned him some soft pets, and then she realized that he had to be comfortable to eat too.

"If you want to, you can sit on the table. It will be easier as the chair may be too low." She offered, a smile spreading on her face that was only interrupted by sheer surprise as he tried to put his finger in her ear.

"Oh!" She exclaimed, clearly not expecting for him to do that, but his joy about the activity was contagious and she laughed along with him a little. "I guess you did get me." She admitted.

"So what's the plan for today? Can I help you get somewhere?" She inquired.
Mr. Koala (played anonymously)

He giggled as he tickled her neck and her hair. It appeared that positive reactions made him giggle more, she was turning him into a giggling mess. When she put brown sugar on the bacon he blinked and watched. "Oooh, sweet!" He said smiling as he complimented her she thanked him and he responded. "You are welcome!" He smiling as he watched her cook breakfast.

As the bacon shrunk he watched it slightly curl and wrinkle. "Yes, Bacon eggs and milk with honey!" He said repeating it as he said. "And for you!" he said again smiling. As she entered the cabinets he looked in them. He saw all the plates and mugs she had with a smile. "Plates and mugs!" He then watched her make the cups of milk and honey and watched the honey swirl in the milk with a 'o' face as he just stared at it, his head spinning a little watching the honey move and disappear.

Soon he was set down on the table after he tried to put his finger in her ear, giggling and sitting on it laughing. She then asked if he needed help getting somewhere and he looked at her shrugging. "I don't know where I will go!" he said to her as he reached down and picked up a huge piece of bacon to him. He lifted it to his mouth taking a nibble out of it as he set it down, chewing and chewing and chewing...and finally swallowing. He took the tea spoon, it looking like a shovel in his hand as he stuck it in the mug, spinning it around a few times. He then leaned down sipping the milk. As he stood up straight he put his stomach on his belly and made a tiny burp as he giggled.

A moment later he would close his eyes, and start to tremble as light began to pour off his body. Blue light exploded from all around him as he sprouted wings. As he opened his eyes he would look up at Lilly and giggle falling down on his butt with a squeak fluttering his wings.

It seemed that Mr. Koala was happy about the added sugar. It wasn't something Lilly liked to admit to too many people, but she did have a serious sweet tooth. It was true that she almost always ordered her coffee black when she was out in town, but back home it was a different story. Except for this time, when her coffee was downed in only one big gulp so that she could enjoy her warm milk with him.

"You don't know where you will go?" She asked curiously. Truth being told, she was feeling a little worried. Didn't he have a home to get back to? "What are your options?" She inquired, realizing that perhaps asking that was a stretch and too personal of a question. She shook her head then, slowly, feeling like a fool for asking. "I'm sorry, it's not my business. I just want to help out where I can. If I can take you somewhere to make the journey... back a little easier with that heavy bucket, then I am more than willing to." She offered, deciding she would push no more and leave it in his hands.

As he dug into his food, so would she and soon she was enjoying the perfect mixture of sweet and savoury. The eggs almost melted on her tongue like fluffed up clouds, and the bacon crunched with every bite she took. Following his example, she took a sip of the milk as well and closed her eyes a little, revelling in the taste. He was right, this was absolutely delicious, and she was grateful for having been told that she had to try it too.

"Thank you for suggesting this, tiny one. It is divine and I wouldn't have thought about drinking milk with honey without your sugge-" She started, her eyes opening so that she could look at him while saying that. She hadn't expected to see the sight her gaze fell upon though, and it caused for her to stare at him in a moment of pure shock.

He was lit up and he had grown... wings? He could fly with them. Why was he giving light? What was happening? Questions began racing in her mind and she tried to figure out which one was most important to have the answer to first. Bringing out a coherent sentence was impossible though, and so she looked at him with mouth agape for a full minute before shaking her head, trying to prove to herself that it wasn't real.

"But how? Why?" She asked, gesturing towards the light and the wings. She didn't seem horrified, just appeared to have a hard time processing it.
Sherlock Holmes (played by Atheist)

The journey had been a long and exhausting endeavor for Sherlock Holmes. The case had turned into a worldwide manhunt and time was of the essence. Trivialities such as sleep and eating were too costly at the moment, and every second gone was a risk that might condemn an entire nation. All the trifling arrangements made by two separate governments were of no importance to Sherlock, and as such, big brother Mycroft posed as liaison for his unwilling collaborative efforts with the Federal Bureau of Investigations. What a paltry lot they were.

His search had led him here; the small college town of Clarey. It was an unassuming speck in the scheme of things, but a perfect midpoint for a cryptic pursuit of a wayward witness. The consultant's eyes fixed first on the shop, then cut back to his phone to reaffirm that the image matched unquestionably. Both were perfect replicas sans the Halloween decorations and a few other insignificant alterations done over a span of about a year.

The parlour itself nearly attacked all of his senses at once -- the delicate medley of a spiced treat, perhaps a pie of some sort, and something sweet like a gala apple mingled with a red delicious. There were other sugary aromas, most of which were very much on the candy side considering the holiday. The music resonated with an otherworldly eeriness, made even more so by the closed door that muffled its unearthly tones.

Just as Sherlock was about to enter Lilith's Oddities, a pair of rambunctious children dressed as what appeared to be turtles wearing color-coded bandanas zoomed passed in such a hurry they'd nearly taken his legs completely out from under him. Sherlock rather stiffly righted himself, pausing to observe one of the little ruffians' cuff the other boy upside his masked head with a plastic bo staff. A small smile graced his otherwise austere features in amusement. However, to avoid any further encounters with the little devils, Sherlock drew open the door and quickly stepped inside.

Should there be any bells or chimes to signify a patron's entry, they would have likely clanged perhaps louder than usual due to his eagerness to get inside. Though, for the sake of satiating his curiosity, Sherlock threw one last glance over his shoulder at the antics outside. He would catch one of the boys making an effort to swing at the other with a pair of nunchucks and miss rather pitifully. Instead, they clattered harmlessly against the door as Sherlock had foreseen. By that point, a weary mother who had finally had her fill of it, chided them expressively and dragged both boys off by their plastic pumpkin buckets with the threat of no candy after dinner.

After that ridiculous little finale, Sherlock Holmes finally turned to absorb the full atmosphere of the establishment with an inquisitive gaze. He was out of place, the autumnal season was quite a bit different here than back home, and as such he wore a mauve button-down, charcoal slacks, and a modest blazer of a matching color. He immediately sought to find the proprietor in order to begin his process...

He was out of place, the autumnal season was quite a bit different here than back home, and as such he wore a mauve button-down, charcoal slacks, and a modest blazer of a matching color. He immediately sought to find the proprietor in order to begin his process...

The man that had entered was far different from the people that had walked into her shop that day. Most of the ones that had entered her establishment had been kids in costume. A few had been regular customers that came for the discount and the free candy and others had been strangers she had never seen before, but that usually did seem like they were the type to get a tattoo... At least if that "type" was a thing.

She was alerted by the presence by the jingle of the door as well as Ellie's ears, which perked up at the smell of the man. It wasn't that he smelled bad or unpleasant, it was just a different kind of scent that she wasn't quite used to. She sniffed the air a little and then jumped off of the counter, dropping onto the floor and scurrying through the door at the back of the shop. It was clear that she didn't quite like the disturbance of her peace, but Lilly had warned her that there wouldn't be that much peace to be found during this event.

To an untrained, regular customer's eye it was often hard to spot Lilly amidst the oddities. She herself was a bit of an oddity, her emerald hair and tattooed skin being her favourite parts of herself. The way she dressed was rather odd too, as while it wasn't fully goth it did seem to be influenced by it. On this day though, most of that style had made place for the self-made Victorian style gown she was wearing and while it did count as a costume, it wasn't impossible to see her in it on any other given day. The mixture of the purple and the black, the velvet and the silk complimented the rest of her perfectly, and flawless make-up with emerald, green eyeshadow completed the picture.

The other was not like that at all, no he was nothing like her and nothing like the rest of the costumers. He was dressed in a blazer and a mauve button-down that were paired with charcoal slacks. With that he was easily and truthfully a sight for sore eyes, and she couldn't help but to smile as she saw the display of style. Even though it was far different from her own, nobody could argue the fact that it was classy, and it told her that this man had good taste. That meant that it was also an indirect compliment to her shop or at least, that's how she took it, and so she found herself to be more than welcoming.

"Happy Samhain to you, Sir!" She greeted with a warm and wide smile. "Please feel free to help yourself to some candy, some pie or some apple cider. If there is anything I can do for you, please let me know." She offered.

Just as another guest had found his way to her parlour, she herself had found her way to one of the dozen shelves in the store. She appeared to be busy grabbing something, her manicured and tattooed hands and the belonging inked arms reaching out to the top shelf to grab something furry. The item she was targeting was harder to grab than she had anticipated, and in an attempt to be able to reach higher, she climbed onto the lowest shelf. So far that attempt seemed to be paying off, and her hands managed to grab the item she'd been wanting to take, holding onto it nice and firmly while she used one foot to step back down, lowering her leg and trying to find the floor.

Before she could find her footing again, the jingle of the door and the sound of a voice interrupted her concentration. She found herself misplacing her foot and tripping, her body ending up on the floor with the luckily lightweight and furry item on top of her.

"Ouch!" She exclaimed, trying her best to push herself back up into a sitting position so that she could try standing up. The item, which appeared to be a brown coloured bunny that was mounted on a stand was placed on the floor next to her so that her hands would be free, and then she finally managed to get into a squat.

"I'm here, hold on! Feel free to already get some candy or some cider!" She uttered as she stood up as quickly as possible, brushing off her clothes and tapping her cheeks in an attempt to make her embarrassment fade and look presentable to the visitor.

It hadn't been too terribly difficult for Sherlock to pinpoint Lilly Lewis as the proprietor of Lilith's Oddities. Once he spotted her, he observed as she moved about the parlour with confidence in her stride, setting things here and there, tidying spaces for the guests, attending to the refreshments table, and prepping her workstations with the assurance of someone who managed a successful business. He'd also note the well-fed raccoon scrambling from a countertop and scurrying fretfully away toward the backroom. Such a pet was rather fitting for a tattoo parlour, Sherlock thought briefly.

When the young Victorian-clad woman addressed him, Sherlock smiled politely and returned the good tidings appropriate to the era she resembled. "And to you, madam."

He took a moment more to analyze his working environment more purposively. A methodical gaze swept about the shop ascertaining every avenue of probability he could muster and gleaning information from its inhabitants like a veritable sponge. His countenance took on a look of cool detachment as he performed his thought process, a common side effect of his mind's inner workings. Yet, as quickly as it had come, the expression shifted into something more deferential.

Once he properly assessed his surroundings, Sherlock approached the counter intent to call on her offer to assist him. His visit, however, was unorthodox, but he wasn't about to make the experience wholly intolerable. He definitely needed Lilly's help, so as amicably as he could put forth, Sherlock committed himself to a more approachable nature.

"There is something you can help me with, actually," he said in a low, polite voice so as not to disrupt the room. With a fluid motion, the consulting detective reached into the inner breast pocket of his blazer and procured a laminated photo. The edges were creased and worn, and the image itself was filtered in sepia tones. He lay it before Lilly and maneuvered it so that she had free-range access should she need it.

The printed snapshot was pretty self-explanatory. It was that of an outstretched arm with the palm facing upward. It would have been an entirely ordinary photo were it not for the intricate, and rather distinctive tattoo that swirled along the skin in a richly decorative whorl. It was certainly a one-of-a-kind piece and likely done for a purpose that would link his missing witness to something a lot bigger than he could have ever anticipated.

"Is this work, by chance, yours?" he inquired cautiously, gauging her.

Sips the cider well reading his book well he hated how egotistical the book seemed how his face succumbed to pure joy like a cipher cracking codes or a mad scientist conducting an passion project , eyes beaming with pride and a rare almost unnaturally happy smile spread “the utmost thanks Ms for the accommodations , no need for the embarrassment it only makes you more memorable sometimes for business and company that’s more valuable then any financial asset” sits down crossing there legs with a friendly social yet calm chilled business aura surrounding him as if his entire vibe is in a prison of two duachotomys

When she finally made it to the new customer with the bunny in her hands, she placed it on the side of the couch for a moment so that she could redirect her attention and free it for him. He thanked her for the accommodations and said there was no need to be embarrassed, which only really ended up making her feel that emotion even stronger. Still, she saw there somehow was a genuine way in his words that almost made it a compliment in her direction, and she gave him a friendly nod for it.

Grey eyes glanced over him and took in his attire and his behaviour. He seemed to be a businessman of some sorts, both due to his demeanour and the way he spoke. Mentioning finances wasn't something normally did to a stranger, and thus it made her wonder what he was about.

With a healthy sense of curiosity, she moved to sit on the couch as well without fully doing so before asking a question. "Would you mind if I joined you? You're more than allowed to read here in silence too." She said as she watched him and the book. It was a little odd to see someone reading a book about themselves, but she couldn't miss the genuine joy on his face.

The closer the man got, the more intrigued she became. Her gaze rested on him even as he reached the counter, and while she made sure to not stare it did linger regularly even though she tried to pull it away from him. There was something about him that didn't quite let him fit in, but he was standing out in a good way.

At the mention of her possibly being able to help him with something, her curiosity kept growing. What he needed from her could be any number of things and based on what her shop was known for there weren't many limitations. Most of the time there were only four things' people came for, but she doubted that he was there for a tattoo. Instead, she thought, maybe he could be there for a taxidermy piece? People often contacted her about propping up their beloved pets after they passed away, even though she was mostly known for making pieces out of roadkill.

Another option was the making of a gown or a costume. While the majority of clothing she made was for femme presenting people, she had made costumes for men before too and wasn't opposed to doing custom work for them either. It was definitely possible that he came for that, and while he seemed elegant enough to wear one of her creations, she did fear that it would maybe be a bit too out of the box for him.

A last option was that he was looking for a certain artifact or a specific specimen or piece of history. Those were things that could be found in her shop too, and if she didn't have them then she usually was the right person to ask as she would know who to contact in order to be able to track down a specific piece.

Assuming that it would be the third option, she nodded and looked at the provided photo, fully expecting to see a rare artifact or historical piece. Instead, she was met with a picture of a hand palm, tattooed with an intricate swirl design that she recognized as her own work. It wasn't often that she got asked to tattoo hands, and usually when she did it wasn't to tattoo anything like this. Trying to hide the recognition on her face, she eyed him suspiciously. His demeanour didn't make her think that he was a bad or dangerous man but looks could be deceiving and she preferred not to gossip about her clients.

Deciding to bite the bullet, she gathered all her courage and simply asked:

"What is it to you? Are you a cop or something?"

Her interest had remained on the book for a bit, even as he mentioned it was about more than himself. At the offer of the drink, she found herself looking up in surprise.

"No thank you, I have plenty of drinks here there is really no need to gi-" She started, her sentence being paused halfway through as she saw him take out the small vial. While she had noticed the vials on him before, she had not thought much of it so far as she had figured it had to be a medication of some sorts. However, now that it was being handed to her as a drink, her interest was piqued.

"What is it?" She asked, not really expecting an answer. She inspected the vial closely as she was being handed one, but the description on the glass made her none the wiser. "Can feed your car and you without ever leaving the pump?" She read out loud, wondering what it meant. Popcorn was something she did love, but she had never managed to drink it before.

He did seem pretty proud of his creation, but that didn't particularly calm her nerves. While a hero could be proud of the medication they discovered, a villain could be proud of the poison they created. Still, somehow the passion in her eyes had her wondering, and as he mentioned how most weren't brave enough to try it... Well, that almost sounded like a challenge to her. A challenge she could rise to, if she so wanted.

"Alright well, cheers to you then." She exclaimed, and even though her movement was rather tentative, she brought the vial to her painted lips and drank, taking in the flavour palette while doing so.

It coats your tongue in pleasant weird hint of an almost alcoholic gasoline like taste and an overwhelming Caremel popcorn taste. The aroma from the vial seems to resonate from your mouth to your nose after swallowing it as the popcorn taste a hint of a almost fuel like aftertaste remains but not a single ill side effect except for a almost inhuman boost in energy

As you take in the flavor he brings out a small almost toy like car , switches it on first with almost knowingly mischievous smile like that of a playful fox and pours in the same liquid from another vial, the small car begins to spur around driving

Leans back slightly sipping the cider even slower

“I am a visionary for something most would call childish or plain impossible and stupid . A popcorn based fuel source you can eat, ofc popcorn by itself is a bit tricky to make into fuel , most cars aren’t adapted to what most would classify as a ridiculous notion and idea . However I wonder what a person of your unique nature will say? The novelty of it seems to be only thing even keeping the idea alive outside of my hometown but unless you can travel the roads between the highways it won’t even exist to you “ takes a large swallowing waiting less for a reaction to his speech or his product but rather the taste like a host waiting to see if there food is as good as there hospitality despite being the guest

After having observed him just as warily, Sherlock noted Lilly's sudden apprehension. He expected this. A tête-à-tête, as it were, but he was more than willing to be obliging. However, just as he was about to clear the air between them, the shop's owner made a comment he'd oftentimes heard, and yet still it somehow always managed to catch him off guard.

"What?" he spoke, vaguely affronted. "Whatever gave you that idea?"

To be put on the same level as -- but then it hit him. Despite the fact that though John Watson wasn't here to mediate his tact, Sherlock recalled his self-standardized interviewing etiquette. His appearance assumed the look of professionalism once more.

"Ah, my apologies. My name is Sherlock Holmes. I work for... myself," he said matter-of-factly, his even English timbre emphasizing a dryness in his tone. "I would like to say I have no affiliates at the moment, but unfortunately dire circumstances being what they are..."

He would leave it at that, but the steady look in his silvery gaze would suggest he was open to further inquiry should Lilly wish to probe the matter.

"Unfortunately, there is not a lot of information on the tattoo and what it means," he said tapping the picture with an index finger before continuing. "I was hoping you could enlighten me on it and perhaps on the individual as well. It took quite a bit of effort to track it all the way here. Elusive little town you've got."

By no means did he wish to startle Lilly, and so despite the Victorian appearance, he was able to garner a level-headedness from her that would suggest she could take it.

It was hard to tell what she had expected, but no matter what it was it was not this. Nothing scary happened at all, and the taste of the drink was rather sweet and delicious. She was pleasantly surprised, her features showing delight as well as a pleased smile as she enjoyed another sip of it.

"This is good, really really good." She claimed as he took out the car, and she watched in a fascinated and intrigued manner as he made the car drive with just a single Vial. She watched in amazement and a little shock, completely baffled by how that was possible.

As more of his words came in, the puzzle pieces finally clicked into place and showed her the full picture, or at least she thought it was.

"So what can I do for you? Investment? Distribution through my shop?" She asked, figuring he mostly needed help spreading it on the market. If he was in fact asking her help with actual cars, she was still oblivious to that.

Ah, it seemed like she had just somehow offended him, and the way he responded quickly made it clear that he really wasn't a cop. Even as he wondered why she would think that she didn't feel like she had just called him out on something. No, he seemed genuinely displeased to be mistaken for one, and that made Lilly's smile return. He didn't even need to add that he worked for himself anymore, but she appreciated it either way.

"I'm Lilly, Lilith Mae Lewis." She answered in return, introducing herself properly and giving up her full name, a clear sign of trust from her end. "Forgive me for being rude, I just don't really care for cops. Affiliates are a different thing, as long as you're not on duty yourself."

"Coming from far eh, Britain?" She then remarked, chuckling a little. "You'll be pleased to know that I actually use a kettle and milk rather than a microwave and lemon" She added, gauging his response. "That is if you'd care for a cup, Mr. Holmes?"

She didn't take another look at the photo, instead being too focused on him and trying to recollect every memory she had with that client. It didn't take her too long to start remembering things, and soon enough she had a small file of information in her head that she was potentially willing to share with him.

"I don't know about Elusive... Charming perhaps, quaint?" She laughed, a genuine laugh that filled the room. "No, I get what you mean but trust me, I prefer living here a lot over living in Astrum. This big city girl likes her college town." She clarified, an amused smile being casted his way.

"Look, I won't waste your time. It is definitely my work. I couldn't possibly forget a tattoo like that. Or almost any of the ones he had done, really..." She admitted, now wishing to actually help out.
