Don’t mind my otaku self but the capsules from Dragon Ball seem quite useful. I mean people have stored houses, vehicles, and etc. My question is if they existed irl, would any of you use them?

I always thought they'd be a really cool way to hide bodies and evidence.
While not as varied or instantly poofing into a thing, such things do exist, and can most commonly be found in the form of camping gear and emergency supplies.
