Angel looked back at Grace then up at Cooro. She was awfully quiet, a unusual thing coming from her.

The thunder roared again outside, just as loud as the last one. Emily got out the chocolate powder and milk and poured the milk into cups of equal size, then put them in the microwave. After a few minutes of sitting in the warm microwave the milk was almost boiling hot and Emily was careful not to burn herself as she took all of them out and evenly distributed the powder into them. Getting a spoon from the utensil cabinet she stirred all the cups so the powder mixed completely with the milk. After spending about five minutes on each cup she poked her head out of the kitchen door and looked at them. "Hot chocolates ready, only it's still molten hot so I think it would be good to wait."

Angel stayed close to Cooro, hearing the thunder outside. However she peeked around Cooro at the mention of hot chocolate being ready. She looked up at Cooro, "Lets go" she said.

Aiko started to walk towards the kitchen, and waited for the others.

"Okay." Cooro said to Angel. The rest of the group followed Emily and aiko into the kitchen, where mugs of hot chocolate were waiting for everyone. "Theyre still hit so wait a little bit before drinking them." Emily repeated herself.

Aiko followed Emily and Angel followed right beside Cooro. Angel and Aiko waited patiently for the hot chocolate to cool.

Myandra stood next to the counter the hot chocolate was on as she waited for hers to cool down. Cooro remained standing next to Angel just in case. Grace stood with Emily at the counter on the opposite side of the room, the two of them discussing the necklace Grace had received.

Aiko went and stood at the counter, watching his cup, waiting for it to cool. Almost like a child. Indeed he was just like a child at heart..where it mattered.

Angel looked up at her big brother.

Cooro looked back at her and smiled. "I'll always be here if you get scared." He promised.

Angels ears perked up just a little, and she hugged Cooro. "Thank yo Cooro-Cooro" she said quietly, but loud enough for him to hear.

Cooro hugged her back, a smile still on his face. "Your welcome, sis." He said happily. Him and Angel calling each other siblings even though they probably weren't related made him feel like he had a family now. He was definitely happy to be here in this house with everyone.

Angel smiled softly as she hugged Cooro, and felt his arms come around her in a hug. She loved the feeling of having a big brother to guide her. They more then likely weren't related, but Angel believed you didn't have to be related to be a family. Siblings. In her eyes and mind, Grace was like a mother, Aiko was like a daddy, Myandra was like a sister, Cooro was her brother. Angels tail slowly swayed back and forth. She was really happy,

Grace stopped talking for a minute and looked at a clock. Five minutes had passed. "I'm going to try mine." Grace picked hers up and took a sip. But instead of recoiling back in pain because of a burn, she simply put the glass back down calmly and looked at the others. "It's fine to me. Although if you guys want to wait a little longer I wouldn't blame you."

Angel didn't want to wait any longer, and she started going towards the hot chocolate, her hand still holding tightly onto Cooros shirt. It didn't seem she'd part from him until the storm blew away.

Aiko had his chin on the counter watching the steam as it came out of his cup, he'd wait another minute.

Myandra decided to wait another minute as well, probably copying aiko. Cooro walked to the counter with Angel and retrieved his cup, putting his lips to it and drinking. This was his first time ever having anything like hot chocolate and anyone in the room could tell from his facial expression he was enjoying the taste.

Angel reached out her small hand and got her cup. With her cup in one hand, and Cooros shirt in the other, she took a sip of her hot chocolate, and just like Cooro, she loved it, obviously. It wasent likely that at that lab they got stuff like hot chocolate. Only the scientists got that kind of good stuff, and not many people were willing to go steal some, knowing how bad the consequences would be.

Aiko looked back at Angel And Cooro seeing them take a sip and both seemed to love it. He looked back at his cup, lifted his chin from the counter, and slowly picked his cup up before taking a sip. He loved it.

Myandra grabbed a cup of the two remaining and Emily grabbed the last, almost forgetting she had made a cup for herself. Myandra carefully drank her first sip of the hot chocolate and then took it away from her lips. "Yummy!" She said, taking anoth, much larger sip.

Angel and Aiko boteth took another sip of their drinks, but one of Angels wolf ears twitched, and slowly Angel stopped drinking her hot chocolate and looked towards the doorway. She had heard and smelled somebody. There was a girl peeking through the doorway. Shr had hair black as night, and it went a little past her shoulders, almost orange colored eyes, pale skin, and she appeared about 11 years old. She had two tiny bat wings on her back. A defect. She couldn't fly with her wings, they were to small, but she was stuck with them. She was one of the nocturnal children, part bat probably.

( now you got Grace, Cooro, Myandra, Maxwell, and Emily, and I got Angel, Aiko, sometimes Bradley, Aiden, Jamie, and now possibly Destiny.)

Graces ears twitched as well, hearing the child at the door. Curious, she looked over and saw her standing there at the door that connected the kitchen and the main hall. Always kind, Grace walked over to the double doors and opened the one the girl wasn't standing in front of. "Hello there. What's your name?" She asked in a warm and kind voice.

( I love doing rp's and stuff with a lot of characters. That way we have a bigger cast then just two or three people.)

The girl hid slightly when Grace started to approach her. Scared slightly that she would be in trouble for appearing like she was watching them, though truly she was fully blind. She could just hear, and sense, and echolocation, and all that. Her faint orange, almost a greyish orange eyes went to Grace, guessing where she was at, but was just a couple inches off. "Destiny.." she said quietly..

Grace knelt down in front of Destiny and looked at her carefully. "Destiny. That's a pretty name. I'm Grace." She introduced herself and put a gentle hand on the girls shoulder. "Destiny, forgive me if you're offended by this, but can you see me right now?" She wanted to make sure her guess that the child was blind was correct.
