Aiko looked down at the blade, and shook his head. "Not the real one, yet. He looked at the practice sword, one reason he had not used it, it was so small. He figured it would also be to small for Cooro..he looked at Grace, "might you have a bigger practice sword?" Aiko asked the mistress.
"Of course." Grace walked over to a closet and brought out a practice katana the perfect size for an eleven year old. Cooro took the sword and began to do practice swings on the dummy, hitting exactly where he wanted to.
Aiko held onto the real blade katana and watched as Cooro practiced on the dummy with the medium size practice katana. Like all of them, he was hitting it dead on.
Grace watched as Cooro continued. She was actually surprised her instructions had actually taught the children how to wield a sword at a beginner's level.
Aiko watched as Cooro continued. So far all of the experiments, even the youngest, had good coordination, and were good at wielding a sword.

After a few more hits, Cooro stopped swinging at the dummy and put the sword down, bowing respectfully at Grace and aiko, as if he were taking a martial arts class.
Aiko and Angel north watched as Cooro sung at the dummy. Aiko seemed a little surprised when Cooro bowed. A bow of thanks. Aiko nodded slightly to him, as a silent gesture of your welcome, seeing nodding once has many ways of expressing itself.
Cooro put the sword away and sat back down on the training mat next to Angel and myandra.
Angel looked up at Cooro and smiled.
Aiko looked at the dummy, it had taken a lot of blows today, but this was fun. Better then sitting and doing nothing,,

Grace picked the metal one off of the floor and began to strik the dummy again as Emily entered and picked up her normal boulders she kept there, holding one in each hand and lifting them above her head as she meditated.
Aikos attention left Grace and went to Emily. If he tried living boulders over his head, that is if he could even lift it off the floor, he'd end up dropping it seconds later..
Angel however was focused on Graces striking the dummy.

Thinking someone was looking at her, Emily opened her eyes from her meditation and saw that not onky was aiko looking at her, but myandra was as well. Although something was definitely different about why myandra was watching. "What are you doing?" The small child asked. "Meditating." She answered. "Can I try?" Myandra asked. "Why don't we wait until you're a little older?" Emily suggested. The child nodded an okay, although she was clearly disappointed and Emily continued to meditate.
Aiko looked down at Myandra, then back at Emily. Why did people meditate? Never in the 16 and 2/3 years he had been alive had he understood the story behind why people meditated.
He could tell Myandra was disappointed by her tone, and he looked down at her. “Don't worry Myandra, you'll be old enough before you know it” he assured. Time did fly by fast afterall.

Grace sheathed her katana and sat down on the floor, her forehead covered in sweat. "Okay, now I need to train with someone in normal martial arts. Who wants to spar?" She asked everyone in the room except Emily who she knew was still meditating.
Neither Angel or Aiko volunteered. Aiko thought martial arts just resulted to people getting hurt. And Angel however had a similar, yet different reason. “Whats martial arts?” she asked, having no thoughts or opinions, just 100% clueless.
"Self defense. It helps me beat up bad guys." Grace explained it simply.
“Why Grace wanna beat people up?” the young girl asked. Misunderstanding what she said.
Grace shook her head no and laughed. "No Angel that's not it. I learn martial arts so I can protect myself and you guys.I beat up people who are mean to you or me and try to hurt us, not random people for no reason."
At first Angel didnt understand what was so funny. Or atleast until Grace explained. “Oh..” Angel said quietly. Finally understanding. Aiko finally understood to..
Grace shrugged. "Well, if no one wants to spar with me I guess I'll go find something else we can all do. Any thoughts?" She asked to see if anyone had an idea of what they wanted to do for the time being.
