I have a feeling I got the rough idea down but I haven't gotten the actual solution, its definitely the birthday invite.
The logs say they got the signal on D3 M1 Y7600, and they arrive/awaken on D18 M3 Y7610, according to the news article that coincides with May 6th 2024.
Since their years are only 122 days long, 4 months each 30-31 days long. We could theoretically figure out which earth day the signal was received on, Im leaving that to someone else though, I tried to do the math but I am VERY bad at math so I gave up, Im not entirely sure if Im even on the right path here tbh but its worth a shot yeah?
Edit: looking at it more, maybe Im overthinking, feels like its abit too much math, but uh, still, worth a shot if anyone wants to check.

Recalculated: June 7-11, 2019 (flexibility because of difference in month length & partial days)

Tried same and calculated June 14-15 2019, what event happened in week 24 of 2019 ?
It'll matter for the math - Glaze woke up on D17 M3 Y7610, mentions that she's been up a full day in that log. So that'll correspond with May 6, 2024.
Invite received D3 M1 Y7600, so... 10 their-years, 2 months, and fourteen days elapsed.

2 months with 30 days, 2 with 31 - don't know offhand which is which. Checked logs.
1220 + (60 or 61 or 62) + 14 = 1294/1295/1296 Scut'el days between message receipt and ship awakening.
Hours (earth??) = 42960.8 / 42994 / 43027.2

For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation.
We know that:
Waet days are 33.2 hours long.
Waet makes a full rotation around its sun every 122 days, meaning its years are 4050.4 hours long
The Scut’el calendar is divided into 4 months (M1, M2, M3, M4) each with 30 or 31 days. (30.5 days per month for the sake of the math, or 1012.6 hours each month)
The day the Roe’s crew started being woken by the RPR rescuers would have been roughly D17 M3 Y7610 (we know because Glaze makes a log the day AFTER being awakened, on D18 M3 Y7610).
In our calendar, the day the Roe’s crew started waking was May 6 2024
The Roe received the signal from one of the RPR’s birthday adventures on D3 M1 Y7600
1792 days before May 6 2024 is June 10 2019 (Keep in mind that 2024 and 2020 were leap years)
This is approximately 43,008 hours apart. Hours are the one unit in time that we share, which allows working out this problem.
