The gore registered in Adrian's mind and he instantly compartmentalized it. He led everyone into the main area only pausing when he heard the familiar rotor of military helicopter. Guaging the direction, he was able to ascertain that he was able to get his Marines picked up.

Tess held onto Adrian for a brief moment, and when he let her go she stood for a moment. Registering what she just saw. Titus looked at Willow and he moved away from her when she tugged ant his collar and her whimpered to Tess. His tail did a slow wag and he waited for her. Tess caught up to the group and they made their way outside. Tess went pale as a ghost and she walked to the jeep that she had taken from her outpost and put the supplies in the back of the truck. She had seen death before, she was a trained military nurse, but this…it was different. She looked to Adrian when they heard the helicopter.

* max felt bad now once Jake said that it was his sister he knew how that felt just he hasn't had to see that kinda thing since his mother but none the less he would sigh in regret * max: shit of course I just have to speak my loud mouth gosh I got to go out there and say sorry to Jak-

* Max would then get cut off hearing the helicopter and as max would go threw the window he would see the helicopter hovering max would hold his hand in front of his face blocking as much dust that was being kicked up *

max: yo adrien did you call for this thing I've never seen anything like it before just a working helicopter since things when bad * he said to adrien the best he could *

"My Marines are okay. I have no idea where they are going though. Either way, I'm going with you. The three of us can try to be a family again"

He held Tess's hands briefly before kissing her knuckles.

Tess looked at Adrian and she bit the inside of her cheek. “ I’ll drive, are you getting in the helicopter,” she said softly. She was afraid of helicopter rides, and would only ride if forced. “ three of us,” she asked.

"Yiu, me, and Titus.........and our new friends here" he said tenderly. "The helicopter left me behind. They likely think I'm dead" he said with a distinct heaviness.

Tess looked at Adrian and she nodded. “ I’ll follow in the jeep,” she said softly and she smiled a little. She opened the back door for Titus and he jumped in the back seat.

They see Odysseus leaning against a tree outside, bleeding.

Still laying against a tree, on the brink of death

"Wait here, babe. I'm going with you"

He went over to the bleeding man "what the hell happened to you? Were you bitten?"

*Jake walked up on Adrian left side and looked down at the bleeding stranger and placed a hand on his shoulder* Adrian I think he's to far gone to be able to help, he's lost alot of blood it looks like might have to put him out of his misery*Jake said as a suggestion*

"I've seen people survive from worse..." he started looking through his personal medical kit "lemme take a look..."

Tess walked over and looked at the wounded man. “ Adrian…” she said and she touched his arm.

*sighs* cmon man he's on the edge of death look at him take a real good look at him you would be doing him a favor*he handed Adrian a knife*

'Please...... I was shot...... Someone just..." *grunts in pain.....* "Was behind me from a distance, I heard a loud bang, and..... I started bleeding."
