I feel like this has some relation to either Debbie or Atom Eve. The change Eve wants to see could be how she studies for an architecture degree, she's more mature than her ex (Rex) but idk about the last
As for debbie, the ex clue could relate to nolan, what she doesn't have could be like powers maybe and she is the change she wants to see in the world with how she acts better by raising Oliver?

The first thing that came into my mind was Yoko Ono and John Lennon.

She works at the homeless shelter too so that could be the change she wants to see in the world as well

For those of you wondering how this answer could be arrived at, here's a quick explanation.
In the show Invincible, Amber Bennet is Mark (Invincible's) high school girlfriend, and briefly his girlfriend during his first year of college. Although she has no super powers, she volunteers at a soup kitchen and does social justice work. After a night of volunteering with her, Atom Eve says that Amber opened her eyes that she didn't have to wait for bad guys to attack, should could use her powers to just go out and directly help people, "Being the change you want to see in the world."
Eventually, Amber breaks up with Mark because she feels she has no agency in her relationship with him. She verbalizes this directly in the show "I’m just not made like you… I have no agency, Mark."
Mark's super powers mean he is constantly called away, and that she is endangered, and has no say or ability to combat these issues herself. So, she breaks off the relationship on amiable terms.
