Perhaps attitude is relevant?

Ooooh. Okay. There’s a very formal langauge for blazons. Looks like we might be looking at a white stag on a field of blue, plainly put, but…
https://heraldicart.org/stag/
I remember a bit of blazoning language from my old fave, Adam of the Road*, and I know there's a wikipedia list, I'm just mot sure if there's another faster way than to find it. I don't know if the mascot here being a female knight is relevant. Eleanor of Aquitane is often depicted in blue, but it seems we are looking for a pass code of specific blazoning description.
*e.g. "a lion rampant red"

Our answer may be:
Azure, a hart trippant argent, attired Or
*trippant is a stag-specific form of passant

Stag instead of hart, maybe - the hart refers to a red deer and I’m not sure if that tracks to colour or feature. But otherwise that sounds on track!
Quote:
For stags and other deer-like beasts of chase, the term trippant is used instead of passant.
This may also apply!
It could indeed be "stag" instead in this case. I thought of the hart specifically because of Richard II whose coat of arms includes the white hart because it is a pun on his name.
🤩🤩🤩 sounds amazing!
Congrats on solving this symbol! The answer was "azure, a stag trippant argent attired or".

In heraldry, the word "blazon" means to describe the appearance of an individual's arms used to identify them on the battlefield. Heraldry has its own vocabulary and is written as concisely as possible while preserving all necessary information. Blue (indicated by "shades of sea and sky" in our clue here) is called azure, white/silver is argent, and gold/yellow is or. Normally an animal with three feet on the ground and one raised is said to be "passant," but for deer this posture is known as "trippant." A stag's antlers are known as "attires."
A blazon begins with a field color ("azure") and is followed by the type of charge ("a stag"), followed by posture ("trippant") and color ("argent") and ending with additional details ("attired or").
