My favorite is "No Game No Life" and here are all the 10 pledges because I'm bored:
1. All murder, war, and robbery is forbidden in this world.
2. All conflict in this world will be resolved through games.
3. In games, each player will bet something of equal value.
4. As long as it does not violate pledge three, anything may be bet, and any game may be played.
5. The challenged party has the right to decide the rules of the game.
6. Any bets made in accordance to the pledges must be upheld.
7. Conflicts between groups will be conducted by designated representatives with absolute authority.
8. Being caught cheating during a game is grounds for an instant loss.
9. In the name of god, the previous rules may never be changed.
10. Let's all have fun and play together!
(I really like the last one :))

I really enjoy JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. It's...different, to say the least lol
My two favorite anime are Shinsekai Yori and Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica. (Black Bullet and Angel Beats! would be runners up as I like them a lot, but they are not my all time favorites!) The first is my favorite because I love the story so much, and I ended up crying at a lot of the moments in it.

The second one is... Well... It's a bit hard to explain honestly. I liked the anime at first because of how cute it was, then after episode three... I got sucked into it. The cover is a straight up lie! If you look at the tagged genres, you most likely would be confused. It isn't considered a Shoujo, even though it looks like it. The art style is fluffy and kawaii, yet: a few of the characters, the plot, and the back stories of the characters are all dark. It may seem like a little kid's anime, but it isn't. It is actually a very dark and sad anime with action. After all, it IS about Mahou Shoujo, or better known as Magical girls. The reason that I would most likely say that this is my favorite is because the cover is a lie, and it made the anime much more awesome in my opinion. But also because I play the canons from the anime. I have played Sakura Kyouko and Akemi Homura (even planed on playing Miki Sayaka, Tomoe Mami, and Momoe Nagisa (or better known as Bebe, the cheese lover~)

When I say this, I am speaking to anyone here: If you love anime and manga, I suggest joining Myanimelist.net . I have been on the site since January of 2015, and it has helped me find countless anime to watch, and it also helps to keep track of what I have watched, what I plan to watch, what I'm currently watched, and there are also options to hold and drop an anime if that is your sort of thing. It's a pretty cool thing to use though! I don't use the forums very much (VERY VERY rarely will I do so.) So if you're into anime and/or manga, I would make an account on MAL (as it is nicknamed)!
Links that might be useful for what I referenced:
Shinsekai Yori
Mahou Shoujo Madoka~
MAL (Myanimelist)

I hope I helped anyone! MAL is a pretty cool site, but nearly as cool as this one! I don't even know what I would do if RPR and MAL were magically combined (which I know would never happen)! I probably would explode XD

Asking to decide on a favorite anime among the many, many titles is like asking for a needle to be found in a haystack. There are way too many titles to chose just one. I do agree that "No Game, No Life" is an amazing anime - despite not having finished it yet. I can list off a whole bunch of titles that I enjoy: Utawarerumono, DNAngel, Inuyasha, Princess Tutu, Ouran High School Host Club, Brigadoon - and these are just titles I own copies of. I know some of the more popular shows, though there are some I don't like at all - just like preferences in American cartoons (though for different reasons).

I think my needle at this point in time would probably have to be Kill la Kill, since I watched it most recently. Although Death Note is a close contender.

The very first anime that I watched was Wolf Children, but that was a movie, when I first started watching anime, it was the mushy romance ones, so I put it off to the side. And about a month later, I watched Death Note, witch was a great one, and got me interested again, then I watched many more, like rosario + vampire, then vampire knight, until I heard of Wolf's rain. I kept searching on youtube for this one for about half a year. And one day I finally found it, and it was a great one. after that, I watched a bit of kampfer and Gonna Be The Twin Tail, then stopped watching for a few weeks, then watched No Game No Life, and now I'm watching Mysterious Girlfriend X
Shinsekai Yori and Psycho-Pass! I love them both ^^ I also love Shiki and Puella Magi Madoka Magica ^^
I have just recently been watching anime so I haven't watched many =( But I really enjoy Soul Eater, Full Metal Alchemist and Ao no Exorcist. I've seen a few others, but those are my top three ^_^

Well, for me.. I have two answers; Naruto and Death Note.. Now while both are mainstream; I adore both for different reasons.

It is for the villains, I grew up with Naruto- being only 21.. But while I also grew up with Dragon Ball; Naruto gave me something that Dragon Ball did not.. Villains with a purpose; villains like Orochimaru, Nagato and even Madara Uchiha all have greater meanings for their villainy than villains like Cell or Frieza.. With Orochimaru it was about learning, about knowledge or more importantly forbidden knowledge, with Nagato it was about teaching the world the true method to understand- Pain.. While Madara did what he did to; in his mind, fix the problem he saw with Hashirama's world.
It was the first Anime/Manga that showed me that regardless of what side of the spectrum you belong to; Light or Dark, Good or Evil.. There is a reason for it, and even a villain's reasoning can be understood and accepted- that it isn't always just 'Give me a Challenge' or 'I see it, must conquer it'

Death Note because of it's point of view.. The protagonist is in actuality the villain, that taught me the second lesson.. That sometimes the main character of any show can be a villain, can have antagonistic qualities.. That being a protagonist is not to be inheritable good, or that being an antagonist is to be inheritable bad, The characteristic of the character is defined by the personality of said character, not the title given to them based on the Story.
