Asking to decide on a favorite anime among the many, many titles is like asking for a needle to be found in a haystack. There are way too many titles to chose just one. I do agree that "No Game, No Life" is an amazing anime - despite not having finished it yet. I can list off a whole bunch of titles that I enjoy: Utawarerumono, DNAngel, Inuyasha, Princess Tutu, Ouran High School Host Club, Brigadoon - and these are just titles I own copies of. I know some of the more popular shows, though there are some I don't like at all - just like preferences in American cartoons (though for different reasons).
I think my needle at this point in time would probably have to be Kill la Kill, since I watched it most recently. Although Death Note is a close contender.

I've not heard of about a third of those titles you listed, honestly. I may have to check them out sometime. Wolf Children is a good movie, so I am glad to hear that you have seen it. My sister owns a copy which I borrow once in a while, despite the ending always having a habit of making me almost cry. When it comes to movies on that note, I often watch Studio Ghibli - they've worked with Disney quite a bit. If you haven't seen any of their movies, I highly recommend them.
Wolf's Rain was one of the first three anime I watched, though it is also one I never actually watched all the way through. A friend of mine suggested it, along with DNAngel and Inuyasha. I own copies of both, while my sister owns the copy of Wolf's Rain. That was actually the first anime I tried to get my sister to watch way back when - she was really into wolves at the time, so I thought it was a good idea. After much "teeth-pulling," I finally convinced her to watch it. To this day, I kind of regret it since all she usually watches and talks about now is anime, but she's happy with it. I try not to gripe too much.
That was longer than I anticipated! My apologies. ^.^

It's fine, I actually enjoy reading about other people.
@Dragon: I actually watched the first few episodes of future diary, but I stopped and never got to finish it.
@LunasaWolf: lol, I haven't had the chance to watch Inyusha, there is only English Subbed on youtube, and the words are always too small to read
@Emo-Zelda: I've only seen the first episode of Sao, because I cannot even find it on youtube. I saw it at my cousins house using their Netflix.

All I can say is this: Kissanime.com... It's free for one, they get in practically every anime (some that were out before it came out might not be...), some are even in dub form. It's just easy to use really. And then there are Kissasian and Kisscartoon where you can watch Asian Dramas or Cartoons (I don't use this one much, but I might now that I saw that they have Steven Universe!)
Helpful Links!
KissAnime
KissManga
KissAsian (Dramas)
KissCartoon
I hope that all that use these links find what they're looking for~

Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood
Fullmatal Alchemist
Fairy Tail
Black Butler
Eureka Seven
Seraph of the End
Rosario Vampire
P.S. Kissanime is AWEEEESOME. I recently showed it to my brother and now all he does is watch Fairy Tail on his ipad.

Anime is downright awesome. My favorite so far this year is Tokyo Ghoul and Mirai Nikki! (The future diary.) I can't forget about Hetalia.

watched some really nice anime over the past few months.
-Shinsekai Yori
-Zankyou no Terror
-Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso
-Shingeki no Bahamut: Genesis

my favorite anime is probably naruto: shippuden or space dandy. i was big on naruto when i was littler but i got back into it again like a year ago and WOW is that something that's slightly embarrassing to admit. i've seen mahou shoujo madoka magica, soul eater, higurashi no naku koro ni, death note, and blue exorcist, though, and really liked those. usually the ones with a big universe are the ones i like best, i've noticed, though a one-shot storyline is always pretty cool too.
Anime is great - hands down, I am a huge fan. And although this desicion has been tough to make, Your Lie In April would have to be my favorite. I just adore all the characters, and it just has so many feels, albeit the terrible tragedy tag that goes along with it. [But just a side note; I prefer manga.]
Black butler season 1 is my favorite. I also like both Naruto and Naruto Shippuden, Fullmetal Alchemist (cant remember which), Inuyasha, Fairy Tail and Soul Eater. All dubbed of course
Edit - I forgot DBZ lol

I really enjoyed Ouran High School Host Club, Natsume Yuujinchou, Black Butler, Fruits Basket and Princess Tutu. Clearly my tastes are varied and eclectic. I liked Naruto as well, but I lost interest in Naruto Shippuuden (just insanely too long). Oh and Detective Conan (or Case Closed)--which again has waaay too many episodes. InuYasha was hilarious and entertaining.
I watch the subbed versions, since I prefer the Japanese voice acting.

Top four: Soul Eater, Tokyo Ghoul, Attack on titan, and Sword art online.
I don't see Tokyo Ghoul mentioned much anymore though...
