Why does the elf lady under the forum that tells you to close the forum if you have all the characters you want low key look like Mrs Frizz?

Oh, I know what Roxas means. When you scroll down in your own RP threads, you'll see a lady asking if you have enough characters for your thread along with the close thread button. She also shows up in your inventory when you reach the Display Items area.
