(I lived in Africa for 8 years and for like 2 years, we had a plague of rats. It was disgusting but I was usually quite sad when they had to be killed)

She walked into the "bunker" and sat in a bean bag chair nearby the trapdoor. She glanced down at her hand seeing the wrap had held but blood was partially seeping through. She sighed and Luna sat besides the bean bag chair panting.
Kat slunked in her tree and started to hum and do a little singing.

"I wish you could." She looked down. "But there is only one way to silence the voices."
