Oh! I thought of something. Along with cloaks- I don't know if there would be time this year but maybe some new popsicle flavors for Summer Soiree? Also, some of the other events like Halloween. Honestly, that motivates me to participate if there were new accolades.

There have been years where I've skipped an event just because I have all of the thingies for that particular one. That might literally make the difference in my jumping in as opposed to sitting out.
I, too, tend to be a hoarder goblin. Not sure how much it influences my own participation, but I can definitely see more folks finding it enough of a push.
New popsicles and candies would actually be super fun to create.
My hoarding is mostly just the items, since I can have more control over what I have.
I once found a bug on my company's intranet and I honestly had the thought "I don't know if it's worth reporting, it's not like I'll get an accolade for it."

Just the existence of bug report accolades helps reassure me that bug reports are good. Even if a lot of what I ended up reporting is actually just obscure typos.
