This is interesting.

I've got a character who is the daughter of a caporegime, but I'm not sure where she'd fit in in terms of work. She's skilled at B&E and a decent marksman, I wouldn't mind working her in as a minor character who doesn't technically work within the mob but is associated via family or friendship. Maybe a romantic interest? Iunno. What time period is this? She's written for modern times but I could adjust her to pretty much any era.
