Hunter planted his feet and increased his shield's size to cover his whole front, then jumped forward as well. He used the shield as a ramming tool as it all collided. It would throw the girl back if it worked as he planned. When he hit her the shieled shimmered again and then dissapeared. He landed and his two feat and launched two quick strikes with his knife, making long arks to try and hit her.
Isobel felt the air rush out of her as the shield rammed into her. She barely had time to draw any back in before the hunter launched his own attack. She parried the knife strikes with her dagger and rolled to the right of him before he could strike again. She kept the dagger in tight and swung upward in a slightly sideways uppercut motion to his now unprotected side.
Sparks flew from the armor as the knife created a groove in it. He took the hit and kooked his arm around with the knife. At the same time he moved with his opposite foot to stomp on her own. In a normal setting this wouldn't hurt, but he was in a suit, it would do some damage, and hopefully throw her off balance if he caught it.
Isobel didn't, couldn't, feel any pain when he stomped down on her foot. One of the drawbacks of triggering the soldier programming. No feeling of pain meant she could easily go to the point of almost dying without even realizing it. She was able to duck his hook with the knife though, and buffeted him backwards with a gust of wind from her wings, throwing him back and towards the hole.
Hunter landed next to the hole but quickly got up. His jaw was set as he focused on what to do. The green veins began glowing again as he sprinted back at her. His knife had fallen when he did so he formed the shield again on each arm. As he ran he put them together and made them full size. He left it infront of him as he barreled towards so it would deflect attacks. It hit her first, then he did his own attack. Hunter combined his momentum with a bicycle kick and send the tip of his boot into her. Unable to finish the flip, Hunter landed on his upper back with a thud.
Isobel felt the full force of the kick push her back and it took everything she could muster to stay on her feet. Both her weapons had dropped out of her hands as she was kicked. She concentrated and a glow of light solidified around her, looking curiously similar to the hunter's suit. She ran toward him and, before he could stand up...hugged him. It may not have seemed the most brutal or effective of attacks, but as soon as her light armor came into contact with his armor, a blast turned night into day. It threw the two in opposite directions, Isobel landing hard on and breaking one of her wings as she slid next to Rae.
She groaned, her nonemotional soldier mode gone. She felt like she'd been hit by a semi, and then backed over by it. Her goal had been accomplished though, and both suits had ceased to exist. The blast had been all the energy stored in them suddenly coming out. She laughed weakly. "'Mixing antimatter...and matter can lead to both...being annihilated.' Don't think...I've ever been happier to have...listened to an adult." She said weakly to no one in particular. Isobel couldn't see the hunter, and hoped he'd received at least as bad of injuries as she had. She felt a trickle of energy left and reached out for Rae's leg, healing her just before she passed out.

Smoke rolled off of Hunter's shredded armor. Every 'vein' containing energy had more or less just exploded. His armor was ruined, his system was offline, and he was just laying there on his back with locked up armor. He groaned, he felt like a brutalized pop tart. After a minute he got his armor unlocked and slowly stood up. His visor was cracked.
Hunter's hands reached up to his helmet as he loosened it then took it off. This revealed a youthful face with buzz cut hair. He held the helmet in his right hand as he slump into a near by tree, his feet spread out in front of him. He smelt like a burnt pop tart too.

Rae looked at Isobel. How could she thank her? She tried to set her wing back in place. She used aurora to bend and heal stuff. It was not as strong as her own healing methods, but it would only take a little while longer. " Don't worry Isobel, everything.. Will be fine.. " She said, trying to listen for her heartbeat. Her emerald eyes stopped looking at Isobel, but looked at Hunter.
Rae stood up, slightly limping from further damages. She grabbed a dagger she had and stopped. " Hunter Boy, I may have wanted to kill you earlier, but now I don't. I'm not saying I cant or won't. " She did not speak this, she sang it. It was more soothing in these kinds of day. Rae walked towards him again, putting her dagger away. She sat down, a couple feet from him. " Are you hurt? " This was one of Rae's weakness, death or someone being hurt.

Isobel lay on the ground, still unconscious. She'd used up more energy in the fight than she'd ever used before and really, all she needed was time to sleep and recuperate. Though she'd definitely be waking up with very large bruises from the shield.
He waved her away. The anti matter had actually destroyed maps of his suit before he could do anything. The only reason he still had a suit was because of how dense it actually was, even then the material was drawn out. His back, however, had a little less damage. "I'm fine." then he reached back and pulled a syringe out of his partly damaged back. Then he pushed the needle into his neck and injected the liquid.
Hunter sighed at the pain relief it gave before he undd his armor. First the breastplate fell in two, then the leggings did the same. The fore arm guards clicked and fell off, so did all the remaining armor. It was so weak that some of it broke when it his the ground.
"You're fricken crazy, you know that? I was trying to take you to a secure location before you attacked me."
He looked at the unconscious girl. "She should be dead right now from the anti-matter. I'm surprised my suit held together, it is denser than I thought."

Rae grabbed the dagger, growling. " Hunter Boy we aren't dumb! " She stood up, angirly. " We may be different from you humans. " Her hands clenched in a fist. " You are wrong. " Rae turned, facing her back towards him. She walked towards Isobel, sitting there. She moved her hands, aurora showing in between the two. Rae's emerald eyes locked on to Hunter.
Without the armored suit Hunter was now just in blue jeans and a white t-shirt. He looked up at the wounded girl. "See now you aren't even making any sense." he realized suddenly that his gun was under him, but nobody else knew. He leans forward, rubbed his back, silently picked the gun up, flicked a switch, then brought it in front of hi and fired.
The aim wasn't towards the dagger wielding girl, it was for the winged one behind her. The projectile flew out of the chamber as a bird would the trees. It spiraled faster than the eye could see. Then it hit Isobel's neck. Hunter smiled.

Isobel's body twitched when the shot hit her neck and she groaned. Her eyes fluttered open. Had the bullet hit her spine and paralyzed her from the neck down? She felt terrified that she would never fly again, or even walk. But that didn't feel like the right conclusion... "What...?" Well, at least she could still talk. Her body felt warm.
Rae looked at Hunter, this human. She ran at him and aimed a kick at the gun. Her hands reached into her belt, grabbing the dagger. She knew this would be a bit easier now that he had no protection and not really a gun. She pointed the dagger at his neck. " God, I hate you humans. "
The warmth spread through her body, lingering on parts that were more injured during the fight. The bruises faded. "Rae, wait!" Isobel sat up. She moved all her wings experimentally then her fingers and arms. She stood up. "I think that was some sort of healing."
Rae looked at her, confused. " How? You just got shot.. " She walked towards her, forgetting her 'talk' with Hunter. She slid her knife into her belt.
Isobel shook her head. "I'm not really sure. It must not be a normal bullet." She felt her neck and pulled a small dartlike bullet away. "If that's what my healing feels like, then I should just go around healing everyone all over. It feels amazing." She walked over the hunter. She reached out to him and healed him with some of her restoring energy. She still felt like she could use a good nap, but at least she could still move and use a little energy. "Thanks, but why'd you do it?" Isobel wondered where her weapons had fallen.
Rae still did not like Hunter, her emerald eyes trained on him. She dusted the dust from her shoulders. " You forgive so easy Isobel.. " She sometimes wondered how other people could forgive the worst kind of people. The people who experiment on you, the people who hate you, and the people who try to kill you. Sometimes she wished she could be like those people, other times she just wanted to punch them. Today, she felt like she wanted to forgive, but she wouldn't. Well at least not yet.
Hunter looked up. "Maybe you should check the fricken needle in her neck. It is a steroid and plasma combination."
Isobel nodded. She let another surge of energy go along with the healing. "I might forgive easily but I'm not going to just blindly trust someone that just tried to kill us. Even if he just healed me. The hunter can sleep for a while, at least until we can figure out just what the heck we're going to do." She smiled at him as she directed the energy in him. "Don't worry, I promise we won't kill you."
