By basic probability, I can accurately guess what the number is through simple mathematics.
From the get go, we're rolling a d100, of which includes whole numbers from 1 through 100.
The possibility of getting a single digit out of the roll is 9%.
Subsequently, the possibility of getting a double digit is 90%.
Lastly, the possibility of getting our 100 is only 1%.
Of course, we should be chance be getting a double digit number, and since I don't know the dice bias, I can proudly say that I know absolutely nothing of what it's going to be. I just want to sound smart, dangit!

My guess is going to be...even.
The number range is going to be >9 and <99, that way I won't feel disappointed if I'm wrong.
