Satoshi would arise and turn to Akagi before speaking "Ano futari no goei o tsurete iru otoko wa, koko de jibun ga kenryoku o motte iru to shinjikonde iru yōda. Watashi no handan ga tadashikereba, kare wa ōku no ten de hi ni tobikomu ga no yōna monoda, ojōsama." He had chosen to speak in japanese for good reasons.
He then once again follows this up with a simple "Dōyara hokubu no gikai kōsaku-in wa inochi o otosu koto ni naru yōda." Picking up his type 95 pistol he inspects it for a moment before sliding it back under his coat, The armband of the Tokubetsu Keisatsutai would as always strike fear into the hearts of many souls of those who knew, The badge of sakura empire's proudly sitting on his chest, The korean would slide his katana back at his side before moving to Akagi's side.

I was exaggerating but you get the point, huge by inordinate margins

Seeing Max hit a trick shot, he stopped playing for a moment as he grinned at the boy. "Well, that was a nice shot," he said as he carefully picked up the stick again and hit the que which caused another ball to go into a hole. Before long, he stopped playing to think about what Max asked him. "I don't watch games or anything of the sort. I do have two kids who are like children to me. I had adopted them. I guess that's what helped me with the pain of my past," he said with another gentle smile on his face. He needed to open up so that someone could hear him out about his troubled past.
Max: really that's sounds like a better alternative then beer or substances how old are the kids and when did you adopt them Im well mostly just a adult man child myself
* he said with a chuckle as he would take a moment to listed to blaze and hit another ball into the gutter a normal bank shot for this one max only had 6 shots to go *
He would blink for a moment confused before he turns to Akagi and gave her a nod "Lady Akagi of sakura, A pleasure to see you here, I see all is well." He would then turn back to Drakenfell. "I see, A pleasure to meet you Mr.Drakenfell." he said with a nod "And how many men did you bring." He said as the old red army soldier relaxed a bit.
"82nd All The Way." That's all M1917 had to say, after all.
He thought for a bit. "Their ages elude me. But they definitely are of age," he said softly to Max. "That general fellow would know that I had corrupted one of them...But everything went wrong, and I had to revive her back to life," he said as he looked at his hands in disgust. "Now she is in good hands..." he said softly enough for anyone to hear. He picked the pole up again and hit another ball to cause it to go in the hole. "I guess this is your game," he said with a chuckle coming from him.

"Oh, ho? This is good to hear."
And now, Sato has found himself surrounded by at least one of nine of Akagi's tails. Not a bad fate.
Satoshi as always stood there with a quick bow "Yes my lady." he said before standing up, Indeed he didn't mind being mixed into the floof but the harden man also stared blanky forwards awaiting new orders.

Max: dame sorry to hear that man I wish I could say I know how you feel but unfortunately I don't you know but that's good if she's safe that's what matters doesn't it and don't fought your self man you pull off some crazy trick and get like 3 in if your smart enough to know what to do in the game of pool * he said hitting again on the table but he would miss the ball he was among for from a long shot *
Blaze had a smile on his face. "She is in good hands is all I can tell you," he said as he looked at the boy. "Another Sister is with her in training. Ami. She isn't here right now. Probably with Ubba doing something only they could do in privacy," he noted as he took the pole again and did a trick shot, hitting two balls consecutively. "So what about you?" he asked coolly to know more about Max.
" They aren't needed here, you know how it is, munitorum quotas, efficiencies and man-hours, I actually try to salary the soldiers which is saying something but as with all things in the militarum it becomes about the efficiency of the exchange, I have to report on territory capture quotas, kill counts and theatre operations on the regular. I make it a point not to escalate deployment and use the usual tactics of throwing bodies at an enemy till they are eventually exhausted or the astartes come in and deal the deathblow, afterall the space marines shouldn't have to clean up after us.
Arpat Sector's worlds are essentially frontiers, which means some of the manpower is inevitably expended in settling, terraforming and pacifying these worlds, security duties in sectoral shipping lanes, redeployments upon Ultramar's requests, so on and so forth, thankfully I don't have to do all of that Administratum nonsense. Not accounting for our reserves I put our current numbers in the sector at 5.6 billion spread out across regiments, planets and divisions. The number is growing steadily but again, if I want capable soldiers I need to justify the matter to Terra. People glorify actions on the battlefield but truthfully battle heroics are merely aesthetically appealing compared to the true work of war, who do you think has to manage the logistics, supply, maneuver and stratagems. The Imperium venerates martyrs but it rewards competence Ivanovich, and victory is a slow meticulous sculpture, that's the difference between a Cadian and a Mordian, but one appeals to the ministorum a bit more.
Not to mention there is a pacification matrix in this place, possibly of necron origin, I presume Mathius received a tesseract cube from them at one point. Point being nothing can harm anything in here, hence it is entirely safe.

He would nod listening to him and softly thought for a second "Mhm, Sounds like your doing wonderful general, Glory to the emperor." he said trying to fit in. as he figured could be some neat info on other worlds. "So tell me how goes things in high command?" he said as he sat back down at the bar to enjoy some more water.

"Mr.... Uh, May I know your name good sir. I do not drink for it brings back horrible memories, I hope you can understand, I hope you do not suffer the same issue." He said softly with a soft nod before he thought more and more on what to say, The uniform oddly reminded him of a marshal he once knew, But those years were so far gone, He could barely remember the defense of stalingrad let alone the defense of chernobyl's power plant, If anything all he remembered was the horrible explosion from reactor 4.
"It seems we do not share the same words friend, I do not know of this emperor you speak of, But please do enlighten me if you may. Judging from how you carry yourself you are a man of many battles, But let us not bring up the old ideals of war and hate, And unite as a common force to remember the glory of those who are not with us today, May they be at home awaiting our return or may they awake at the kingdoms of heaven with open arms to forgive us of our sins."

He brought Red Hood, Natasha, and Talia each a slice of tiramisu

There is a matter of conflicting philosophies, the battlegroup draws for multiple regiments and typically we give our commanders the leverage to deploy where their strengths are best utilized though occasionally there are lapses of tactical discretion, strategic or otherwise. An optimal operation is a myth when it comes down to it, a wise commander accommodates contingencies rather than complaining about them. Our doctrines are under continuous development and adaptation, a process that ensures quality upon the battlefield, the vast majority of the officer corps are drawn from Terrax, Mordian, Armageddon and Krieg though each is also vastly different in their approaches. I am attempting to bring Arpat to it's own standard, this sector requires a novel approach.
My approach to command has been critiqued as unorthodox and somewhat contradictory, but that is to be expected, afterall I've meshed multiple philosophies of combat into an amalgam, an alloy yet to take shape yet stronger as a whole than it's constituents. After our initial actions at Arpat Primaris, it became evident that dealing with this sector would require what I call tactical discretion, therefore the Mordian in me has always emphasized the quality of my troops over the quantity where allowed. Our strikes are decisive rather than attritional and my commanders will have to come to accept that, we are here to eliminate the enemy not entertain them, to me atleast, static warfare has always been the mark of a lazy commander. We are either on the assault or on the defensive but we never allow the enemy to dictate our maneuver. [/b]
"Welcome back, Mathius," he said as he stayed near Max at the pool table.
"I was in the kitchen. Tomorrow is payday. I decided that you and the other new teammate be getting a full week's wages"
He looked at Mathius with excitement. "Thanks, Mathius!" he said as he grinned a little. "I tried my hardest. Kind tell me why some don't want anything?" he asked Mathius as he was trying not to name names for the fact that he didn't want them to know who he was talking about. "And you were in the kitchen? I guess you are quiet," he said to Mathius as he smiled at him again.
Ablaze Xueqing has finished, and is just hanging out there.
Then, OG Xueqing and Starlit Journey Xueqing both entered, latter waving, "Hello!"

Anya had been lounging around, watching the people at the tavern interact.
"Oh, hello there~!" She waved at the two girls. She recognized them from a while back, one of the tavern's recurring customers, she assume. Then continued to people-watch again.

"Time for rest. The bar is closed for the night! It will be back open later," Blaze said as he left to go up to a room to sleep in. It was his bedtime, and he needed some sleep for the night.
