I have a problem. Recently, this month, I got totally busy and had super broken up time to reply to people. I ghosted and lot of people, and a lot I didn't haven't replied
I feel awful about it, but wanted to know if there was a way to automate a reply to people I may not get to
Kinda like a voicemail message, but I can pic and choose who to reply to, so they know I plan on getting back to them

Maybe start a new PM, add everyone you want to tell, then write your “voicemail”?
It happens, life gets in the way! I'm glad you're back and trying to make amends. 
If I was in your situation, I would draft a basic message that sounds a bit like this:
"Hi! I'm really sorry about my disappearance, real life pulled me away from roleplaying and I wasn't able to inform everybody about it at the time. I feel bad I ghosted on you, it wasn't my intention and you did nothing wrong to cause this. If you can forgive me and would like to continue our roleplay, I would like to pick it back up. Can you let me know what you want to do next? I'd appreciate it a lot. Since I'm reaching out to multiple people, I may not be able to respond right away, but I promise I'm getting back to everybody - you included! - the moment I can. Thank you for waiting for me!"
Then I'd send it to everybody I'm involved with and allow them to respond at their convenience, so I know where to take it from there. You could drop it as an OOC note ((between double brackets like this)) into ongoing roleplays to make it easier.
I think in this situation, it would be considerate of you to just get in touch with everybody. It might be a bit of work, but it'll give you the ability to let everyone know what's going on, and people can message you back and you can talk to them whenever you can without setting up the wrong expectations. I wouldn't wait for people to get in touch with me first and then respond, since they're been waiting for a while to hear from you in the first place.
You're welcome to take whatever you like from the message I drafted, whether that's nothing or everything or just bits and pieces, if that helps you out.

Just chiming in from a feature perspective: We do not have an auto-reply mode.
