From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Damien is such a great guy. He is a loving friend, an amazing boyfriend to Courtney, and such a wonderful dad to his boy, Gavin. We haven't gotten to spend much time together lately, but I sure am blessed to have him as a friend.

My brother, this is my brother. Even if he calls me a hillbilly. Dani and I are a hivemind sometimes. And yeah, we don't story together as much as we should. In the past, we have and it was awesome. But usually we're too swept into chatting like a couple of hyenas. This man, and his lovely Cornty are always here for me. Dani is a good friend, he doesn't play games or sugarcoat a thing. What do I say? What do I say?? Dani is-- Dani is incredible. Dani is my pick-me-up. Dani keeps me on track, guides me back after I derail. They're supportive, endlessly passionate. They resonate with my soul in ways I can't explicitly describe. They're my co-pilot, my one-and-only, and I consider myself the luckiest person on earth to have connected with them so many years ago. As a friend? Fiercely loyal, a good listener, kind-hearted, considerate and always ready to step up to the plate. He and I have not Roleplayed nearly enough as of yet but we will because I see a lot of adventure on the horizon for us. His characters are well-written as is the manner in which he writes. I've seen this wonderful person blossom into someone I am content to say I've slowly gotten to know and the journey has only just begun. I've hung around Dani for the better part of a few months now and I can say I have grown fond of the person I see. No friendship is without its ups and downs. While Dani and I have had our downs (and they may have been bad), I truly believe the best and most genuine friendships will always stand strong and resilient when the storms blow over. Dani is one of my best friends. I've known her for almost three years, and somehow it seems like only yesterday her Flower gentleman was bumping into Space's table. I've written worlds and characters with Dani that would make most authors green with envy.
