On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I had the pleasure of writing with Syl during Halloween. Grace Gibson visited my character Karen North's home. We had a wonderful interaction that went several rounds and the scene flowed very naturally. The posts were detailed and articulate and the scene really had chemistry. I mostly know Syl from the unofficial RPR Discord and what I really admire about her is that she always has advice to give when someone needs it the most. SylOfficial is a sweetheart, and also a very talented writer. I've enjoyed our encounters on the forums and OOC PMs, but what really makes me value/respect Syl is the classiness with which she interacts with people on RpR. When I'm perusing the forums, I'll see her offering words of advice to someone, or a thoughtful comment, and you just get that feeling that she cares.
