Aiko paused.Hearing the buzzing with his good hearing."Mistress....wheres your phone?" He asked her..he HD his guess it was Emily...whom else would call?
Grace winced as she reached into the pocket and pulled out The cellphone. "Please.... Answer it for me aiko."
Aiko did as she requested and answered the phone."Hello?" He asked, not bothering to look at caller I.D.
"Hey aiko." Emily said in her normal fashion. "How's it going? Where's the mistress?"
"Um......" he said hesitantly, he looked at the mistress.Unsure if he should lie or tell the truth...he looked back at Graces Grandmother as if to tell her "help the mistress'
"Tell whoever it is to send help!" The old woman yelled. "Who was that?" Emily asked since she could slightly hear the yelling.
Aiko swallowed, "the mistress is hurt...that was her grandmother..." he said.He was trying to contain his worry, but his pale white fact said otherwise.
Emily was silent for a moment. "I'm on my way." She sighed as she hung up.
He was silent when the phone grew silent, meaning she had hung up.Hurry.. he thought, he lokec down at the mistress again.
Emily and Maxwell quickly got ready and were driving to where the two were. When they got there they cleared a walkway and went to find aiko and the mistress. Emily easily found them and picked the mistress up out of aiko's hands. "Follow me aiko. We have to get her back to the house." Emily began to lead the way back to the limo.
Aiko handed the mistress off to Emily, he nodded an okay, and followed her away.He felt guilty..this was his fault..
Emily carried The mistress through the crowds of people and out to the limo and layed her out on one row of seats, but held her head up. "Aiko, sit where her heads going to sit. Shes going to need someone to watch over her to make sure nothing goes wrong." She explained to him.
Aiko followed Emily, and the mistress through the crowd, and outside to the limo.He watched as Emily lay the mistress down on the seats.He looked at her when she spoke to him, and he nodded an okay, and did as she requested.
Everyone else piled in after Emily sat down and Maxwell closed the door and began to drive them to the mansion. Grace looked up at aiko and put her hand on his face. "Are you... Alright aiko?" Grace began to cough blood a little.
Aiko looked down at Grace, and nodded."Yes, I'm okay, now shhh" he told her.He didn't want her to waste energy on talking, afterall, she was badly wounded...he didn't need her blacking out on them.
"This is all your fault!" Her grandmother accused. "If you hadn't shown up my granddaughter wouldn't be dying!" Emily reached across and smacked the old woman. "That's enough ma'am. I don't care who you are, no-one talks to someone under my protection like that. The mistress chose to protect him."
Aiko looked at Graces grandmother, then looked away, looking down.That hit him pretty hard..but his eyes made there way to Emily, hearing here speak up .He looked back at The Mistresses grandmother again.
The old woman just sat in silence, surprised someone had reached out and hit her. She sat like this for the remainder of their ride home. When they got there, Emily picked grace up again and bolted into the house, where Alyssa was already waiting in her room. She stitched up the wounds but it still seemed like something was wrong. "She's lost a lot of blood. I was hoping it wouldn't be so serious."
Aiko looked away from the old women.She could accuse him all she wanted.But he noticed she just stayed silent.Once they arrived back at the mansion, he ran out, following Emily.After all, he was the butler.He felt bad...could.,could the mistress die..? He wondered, he shook his head, not wanting to think so negative..
