"I could easily fight you, and win...But I don't have a reason to do so. I'd say you have your hands tied with other people already."

"My data may scan you as unknown, But I have no quarrel with you. I am no longer that person anymore."

"Yeah...I will take you on. Cause umm..reasons."

The blonde whistles innocently as the sole reason was likely just to take the change to give Juusan a spank..Which technically is a way to hit someone.

*Option umm spanko!!! Eerhh 1!!*

"I don't know you," he stated. However, Clark quickly fumbled around his suit coat before managing to procure his notepad and pen from its pocket. "But that doesn't mean I can't get to know you. Would you be up for a few questions?"

He stood up rigidly, looking suddenly very sheepish, "Terribly sorry, where are my manners? Clark Kent, Daily Planet. I hope you would consent to a brief interview for a piece I'm doing on otherworldly travellers. There's a rash of people in and out of dimensions these days and we all seem to be meeting in the middle -- kinda like right now, in fact."

[ Clark has taken the high road with number 5 -- interview your opponent instead! ]

"Look" Vince eyed the name tag, "Mr. Kent, for the next hour or so, this bank is a strict no-press zone. Hell, no one who values their health should be here."
Vince lifted his head, making himself look even bigger. Then he drew back the side of his leather jacket.
After a second of awkward silence, he added sheepishly "I was supposed to carry a gun.
Getting the cutting charges and the diamond sawblades was a pain, so I forgot."
There were other ways to make his point. Vince just snapped a piece of the bank's marble counter off. Then he crushed it in his hands.
He almost made it look effortless. It wasn't. Luckily, pulling off this stunt once was enough.
Scattering the powdered remains at the reporter's feet, he felt like he made his point.
"Last chance, give me the camera, just walk away."

[2. They can or think they can take them in a fight, but they won't. Vince is confident he can take out a perfectly normal reporter with no powers whatsoever!]

Willow nodded as she studied him.

"Eh... Look, I'm not saying that I can take you, but I'm not saying I can't either."

5. I could, I think. But I don't wanna embarrass you.

"Oh hey, it's you!" he smiled down at Willow from his hovering position some several feet up. "I hope you're doing well -- I have seen you fraternizing with a certain someone, Willow. Please be careful. I know you can handle yourself, of course, but I'm a nag and tend to worry about everything."

He chuckled genially. "Either way, I'm not here to pick fights. In fact, I thought I'd spruce the place up some with a little optimism! Keep your face toward the sunshine and the shadows will fall behind you. Now if you'll excuse me, I have a bank robbery to attend to..."

With that, Kal-El gave a cheery little salute before he launched himself with an airy whoosh into the fleecy clouds above.

Jadynn looks him over incredulously, stunned to be even remotely close to such a heroic figure. Thoughts of various kinds bounced around in his head, but one thing was painfully obvious to him.

"Yeah, I'm... not an idiot, no way I win this... However if you wanted to fight anyway, like, as in sparring, then that would be an honor! I'm always trying to get better."

[ 5. Would die 100%, but wants to try anyway...? ]

The girl in white just... Looks.
She scratches her head, a bit awkward, then extends her right hand, seemingly inviting. "Um, nice to meet you."
Then, she shoots whoever told her to fight the boy a glare.
[3 - would have won if a fight is picked up, but why hurt a boy of seemingly the same age]

"What would I have to gain in fighting you?"

"Nothing." Xueqing shakes her head. "Plus, I'm outta here, has commissions to do."
Then, the girl dashes away, pulling out her umbrella in the process. She seems to be running to... a hollow.

[4 - she obviously can't beat a guy who travels at 40c.]

"But there's no reason to do so."

"I wouldn't fight you unless I was ordered to take you in."

Xueqing looks at the flat-chested (sorry) girl, ... then extends her left hand.
"Mind a spar?"
While saying this, she draws out her umbrella - made of special material and is veryw hard to break - and pins it on the ground. The young hollow agent then looks at Noel, hoping for an acceptance.

[2 or 5, she's not into a death battle, but she likes practicing with others (those without hostility of course).]

"...Ugh. I hate children," Meridith states, bluntly. "But I don't hate children enough to pick a fight with one. I'm not in the mood to explain myself to the police. Again."

Meridith promptly exits the scene, eager to leave both Xueqing and this nearly-violent encounter behind her.
