I have played every single epic week and remember how to do it, so I really don't need the tutorial. Yet the best I can do is temporarily dismiss it. Can we get a method to just chuck it for good for those who don't need it?
It still gives you rewards for going through it, and you can mostly just keep clicking through it. 
Oh I didn't know it gave rewards. Guess I'll run through it real quick then.
You can dismiss the tutorial, without going through it, for the year to which it's relevant, but the tutorials do change a bit from year to year. So if you were determined not to take it and didn't want the bonus weapons, you'd still have to do the 1 click per year, sorry!
Huh Kim before I did it, I clicked to dismiss it at least 10 times.
Sounds like a bug!
