For the moment

This deffo feels like phase 1 with how quickly things have come together, yeah.

I just had a blueberry and cream cheese danish. I'm currently sitting in a coffee shop with my dog curled under my table.

Both the tuna and cheese sandwich and the blueberry and cream danish sound so good, too. @v@ Lunch won't be able to come soon enough.

I had a bagel with ham and cheese.

Bacon muffin is short cut (Canadian, or back bacon) on a buttered toasted English muffin either a little HP Sauce.

Oooh, that makes sense. I thought it was like... one of those big fluffy cupcake shaped muffins with bacon chopped into the batter before baking

Which I am CERTAIN exists and is available not that far from me if I cared to look around

Bacon bagels! There is a street merchant in downtown Melbourne that serves those up.

I don't think I've had a good bagel in a long time... need to find some. 0 v0

There are only a few spots for them near me. I have often resorted to making them at home lately.

I forget where it was, but there was a place I visited at one point where there was, like, a place with I think a wood-fired dedicated or specialized bagel oven? Those were GOOD.

I only recently found out that bagels are boiled.

Most/all bagel places have dedicated boiling cauldrons!

Shows how long it's been since I've had any.

I don't think they are normally on display, so I don't know why people would know
