Title.
That's a bit tricky to pin down, even when narrowing things down to the past several years for the things I can still remember best.
Healthy
If we go by healthy pairs, that would probably be either my Laluli and ConnanBell's Jerry Jay, or my Frost and ConnanBell's Rug Burn.
Jerry and Laluli had a bit of a strange start that involved some weird drama with Jerry's first, sort of poorly selected wife, which also meant the two of them denied their feelings for each other for a long time even when they finally realized they had them. They were there to support each other anyway; Laluli even helped deliver Jerry's first child and took over acting as the kid's mom when first wife ran off. The two had a remarkable amount in common, including their overall outlooks on the world. They went on to start a small, traveling, musical circus together and had two more kids, and continued to love life and their family - both biological and found (they had a knack for ending up taking care of other kids for various reasons, as well as helping out a variety of other folks).
As for Rug Burn and Frost... they started out as a superhero hookup while Frost had too much going on to worry about finding "the one" and Rug Burn was, well... a womanizing manchild. Not something one might expect to lead to a remarkably stable, supportive relationship, but it did. Frost, admittedly, did the "heavy lifting" early on; she's very patient, easygoing, and actually very confident and secure in herself, and that all balanced out in a way that helped Rug Burn ease into accepting that he kinda liked the idea of settling down. He did a hilariously bad job of proposing (pretended to find something hard like gravel in his pancakes and to spit it on the floor in order to get down into position). And when his nightmare came true - an accidental child of his turned up - Frost kept the kid occupied and did some assessing (to report to Rug Burn as reassurance) while Rug Burn speedran coming to terms with things until he could work up the nerve to meet his kid (things went great, and Frost is actually delighted to get to be a mom without having to take time off work to deal with an infant/small child).
A runner-up that's worth mention is my Brennan and SaharaSunset's Sahara Winnean/Sunweaver. There's some foundational issues with their relationship, but much of that is tied to trauma each has, and that they're working through together. They've both got more work to do, but they're very supportive of and patient with each other, and both are willing to very literally go to Hell for the other. It also helps that they both enjoy just quietly being together.

Dramatic
Sunweaver and Brennan can fit in down here, too, mostly due to a mix of the circumstances they've had to deal with and just how long it took them the figure out that, yes, they both want to have a relationship with each other. But they'd still be runner-ups again. The outstanding ones are my Jackson and SaharaSunset's Kellie, and my Black Datura (profile still being overhauled) and ConnanBell's fightingleaf.
Leaf and Datura were a long and wild ride. Both were deadly career criminals pretty much working on their own. Both were very paranoid individuals. Both had a great deal of dispassion toward others and pent-up rage and pain from very not-great pasts. Connan and I needed to plan out some circumstances just to force them to give each other more than a passing acknowledgement at best, and get them into situations that could spark any tiny bit of trust between them. That deep yearning for companionship and awareness of their exhaustion with the kinds of lives they lived managed to come out, and developed into a bond that was all at once desperate, deeply respectful, incredibly tense, fearful in various ways, incredibly loyal, remarkably passionate, admirably supportive, and wrapped up in mutually-assured destruction. It was both very much toxic, but ultimately healing for them both as they slowly learned how to be better people, both to each other and to others they sometimes had to get involved with. Somehow (with a lot of help), they even managed to raise a child who's mostly pretty heathy (though he does have some anger issues, which he's already started working on).
As for Kellie and Jackson (commonly referred to as "the Kelsons" or just "Kelson"), that's honestly a surprise. Sahara and I had joked for awhile about having them meet since they're both types of murderous water spirit. When we finally got around to starting the game, we both agreed pretty quickly that the game was going to end with one killing the other, and it was just a matter of figuring out which would manage to do it first. And then it started developing into a weird, toxic relationship, but we were still sure one would eventually snap and kill the other. And... that's not what happened. Instead, a bizarre series of events that only worked at all because of what they are lead to them having an actually relatively healthy relationship. And kids. With a family dynamic that, apart from the regular murder of humans, is actually also pretty healthy and supportive. And it... legitimately makes sense for it to be that way, considering the unusual circumstances.
And lordy the memes we have of them.

This is very tricky.
I’m playing this game, but I will not say with whom. If any of my writing partners want to tell, I’m totally ok with it. But I prefer (except of those that are free to read) to keep those RP very egoistically for myself 😇
But I have different plays going on, lovely plays. Once Lizbeth is a Geisha in feudal Japan, once she’s her typical herb picking doe meeting an unknown. Then again she’s once in deep and dark psychological distress or just the contrary.
So no, there’s no ‘best’ only good ones.
Whether she’s a free doe or returned to slavery (very ‘special’ slavery), whether she’s helping someone in distress or just daily business, if it is a short punctual comical play or something that lasts…. all are simply good and I like all.
The only thing being ‘best’, it’s my little doe. Max is, well, Max… I adore him, he’s had quite a few very nice moments and will surely have more.
In resume, there’s no ‘best’ couple/duo, only one preferred character.

By far my favourite duo (very much not a couple; these characters were best friends and completely happy remaining that way) involved an OC of mine named Aspen, who does not have a profile as I don't really use them anymore, and another user's interpretation of the character Michael Mell from the musical Be More Chill. This RP was years ago but I still think about it sometimes... Mostly, the two just got up to silly shenanigans, like when Aspen went slip-sliding down an escalator and Michael had to carry them out of the mall like a misbehaving child, or when Michael helped Aspen find and adopt a random free cat without telling their dad (the characters were middle/high-schoolers.) Overall it was just a very silly, wholesome friendship. Lots of goofy moments, but also plenty of sweet and supportive moments, too.
I have been doing an RP with someone lately that I think might have the potential to get to this point, but it seems to be on pause due to Life Stuff(TM); here's hoping it'll be able to continue and the wholesome friendship will flourish ^.^ It's basically the platonic version of "oh my god they were roommates", but they're not starting off on the very best foot because my RP partner's character is a total hater :>
I do have one character (Yuki) who is in a romantic relationship with another person's character, but while being the only couple among my OCs does make it the best by default, it's... Really nothing special, I guess? It's kind of just like "oh yeah these two are in love and they're happy" and that's it. I don't like romantic RP and I'm pretty sure the other person feels similarly, so although these two characters are a canonical couple, it's never the focus of anything we write them in. They're two characters who happen to be romantically involved while they participate in unrelated plots and shenanigans. I'd say it's a pretty healthy relationship though
...Even if it's long-distance across the multiverse.

Ah for wholesome and sweet and character growth, I posted a big essay on it, Ta'arin and Selene.
for messed up and dark af it was Ashton and (Anonymous character I won't share lol) buttt I was being real flighty and they asked to end the RP because of it. We weren't even that far in but man I loved their character and their affect on Ashton.

I'll go with duo since Danny and Dani are not romantically involved but best friends. So far, I've not had anything long term, but I've had several short-lived RPs and one offs with them. They are fun because they have all these little coincidences like similar names, same birthdays and initials but are different as night and day. That makes writing interactions between them a lot of fun.
