"oh well..." he blushed, smiling nervously. "what do you wanna know?"

"How about that black tower? What do you use it for?"

"oh! We use the tower As a look out spot during battle."

"Really? How high is it?"

"since the walls are about 70 ft. High.... I'm guessing it's 80 ft. High then."

"Really? That's awesome! I'd love to go up there some time"
Alma smiled warmly, her tail went back and forth slowly.

Zaire came back into the dining hall,wiping his hands with a towel.

"talking about the tower, hnnn..? We could go there later."

Gayle nodded. "yeah!"

Alma smiled warmly.
"Can't wait! I don't want to be a bother but I would like to seat least some of Fora tonight."

"oh?"
Gayle looked at Zaire, then at Alma.

"why dont we go there first then?"

Alma's face lit up.
"R-Really!?"

"yeah! The sun is setting and everything!"

Gayle smiled and they picked up the pace, trying to get there before the sun set.

"great!"
Alma sped behind them as they approached the tower.

Zaire opened the door for them and closed it quietly.

"the tower isnt much, but it has a nice view..!"

Alma couldn't stop smileing, she stepped in after Gayle and mumbled a thank you to Zaire before climbing the steps.

These stairs seemed to continue on forever.

"so...is it okay to stay with us? will anyone be looking for you?"

Zaire walked behind them silently.

"There are some scientists that were holding me at some facility before I escaped, they want me back... for some reason but they won't find us here. As to family, I don't remember anything before they took me"
Alma didn't want to tell them the real reason they were after her, they wanted the demon.

His gaze softened as he remembered his own times with the white coats..

"im sorry about that.."

All of Fora didnt have family, so atleast Alma wouldnt be alone here.

Amla looked at him and smiled softly
"It's fine, well not fine but, um, you know what I mean"
She blushed a little as she stumbled for words

They stopped anfront of a red shimmering hoverdoor. This one was locked. Any who tried to pass would be electified. Zaire tapped a small code into the keyboard and the hoverdoor flickered green.

"here we are. This is the tower."

Alma followed Gayle and Zaire into the tower, her face lit up as she entered.
"It's, It's beautiful! Such a gorgeus veiw! you can see everything!..."
It as a sight to see, she fluttered around like an overexcited hummingbird looing at each angle as if seeing for the first time, even for her it was funny. She froze in the center of the tower, realizing she had forgotten her manners. Straightening herself up she wanted to hug the boys but stopped herself and instead faced them.
"Thank you two so much! It's wonderful, better then I could have hoped!"
She blushed a little as she spoke.
