The crash is a reported bug that is being worked on right now, nothing to do with number of players
I died because I entered a room where there is a pit right in front of the entrance door...wtf...

The pit opens up as you enter, you have to hustle and keep going
I feel like the worst player ever, falling into holes and running into ghosts on purpose if it's not a flamethrower I'm dodging
Yeah, you gotta move asap to get out of the way
what's worse is that was a run where the flamethrower spawned. I was scouting ahead to find the canon first.
