"We can't just stand by and do nothing!" Francis protested. Did what Ripley was saying make sense? Yes. But Francis was sometimes too nice for his own good. "Okay, it is true that she would have access to medical care, but she may not necessarily be at the hospital this precise moment. Perhaps she has business to attend to at her home. I'm going to go see if she's there. You don't have to follow me, neither of you do. But I can't sit idly knowing a brutal demon attack is about to take place."

He went over and got back on his bike. As one might expect, Visia did end up climbing on the back with him. Once they both had their helmets on, he took off towards the Christiansen home, again not expecting Ripley to follow them.

Ripley rolled her eyes. These doofuses. They were just going to get themselves killed. She huffed in annoyance and got on her bike, following them at a long distance. Someone had to be there to bail them out when it all went wrong. It was totally and completely going to go wrong, of course. They were going up against something that they couldn't stop before, and they were going to get in its way, meaning it would do whatever it was it wanted to do, and then it was going to go after them. Might as well stand by with the bandages.
