Red looked at him and frowned. She couldnt figure out at all why he even bothered sticking around. Letting go of her shoulder, she swund her legs over the side of the bed and stood up a little slowly. She always got a litle dizzy after getting up and she leaned on the wall waiting for it to pass.
Neo woke up and realized that man wasnt in the same room with them anymore.
Red!
Neo woke up and realized that man wasnt in the same room with them anymore.
Red!
"Let me go get it." He turned to leave the room not looking to see if the coast was clear.
Neo leaped on top of the man and bared his fangs, two seconds away from biteing down; Red ran forward and fell to her knees. She put her arm in front of Neo mouth, and Neo bit down on her arm by mistake.
She clenched her jaws and tears welled up in her eyes.
"Neo...i...im fine...h..he isnt...a threat.." she managed to get out.
Blood dripped onto Arien's left cheek, from Red's arm.

The girly shriek that Arien had let loose upon being tackled by an altogether too large for a house cat, faded as he realized the blood dripping on him wasn't his own.
His heart pounding, he looked from the tiger to Red. "Hey! Stop biting--you're biting Red!" he shouted at the tiger.
Bella was a moment too slow to stop the attack--as she sprinted after the tiger and bit his flank, fur raised along her scruf, eyes gold in fury.

Neo quickly released Red's arm and he pinned his ears back in shock. Nex leaped up and clamped his teeth around the wolfs scruff then ripped her off Neo's flank and tossed he away. He quickly herded Neo into the kitchen; Neo trembling with shock and anguish.
Red barely held back a scream of pain as she held her arm to her body. She started to stand up but couldnt; the pain too bad to really move anywhere. A small puddle of blood had already formed on the sandy floor.
Neo it wasnt your fault. I know it was an accident... Red sent the thought to both tigers.

"Shitshitshit," Arien muttered as he heard Bella's yelp when she was tossed roughly aside by the second tiger. "Bella, sit, stay!"
He dove for his drenched cloak, thankful for the sudden cloudburst. "Don't get up, Red. The quicker we stop the bleeding the better." He folded his cloak in half and then reached for Red's injured arm, beginning to wrap the cloak around her bleeding arm.

She winced and gripped the edge of her shirt in pain. She started to feel a little faint but she didnt complain.
"Arien.. C..can..you..hur-" Red was cut off by the fainting feeling again, she started to fall; passing out from the blood loss.

"Hold on!" Arien said, wrapping the cloak firmly around her arm. "Don't pass out on me now. Is there a healer nearby?"
He looked around unsure of what to do. If only his friend who was a healer was here! All he had was-- he stopped and then looked at Red. He'd never teleported with someone else. It had only ever been him--and usually for pranks; never during dire situations.

Red barely caught herself from falling and it was hard not to just go to sleep.
Nex felt Red's life was in danger and quickly ran out of the kitchen, he stood next to Arien and looked at him.

"You owe me big--if this even works," Arien muttered. He caught Red before she could fall entirely over. "Behave yourselves or I'll skin you myself," he warned the tiger.
He closed his eyes and thought vainly of the healer's building in town. If he could just teleport outside, he would be good.
His grip on Red tightened as blackness swam before him. And then he heard a yell and something crashed into him. He stumbled but didn't drop Red. He turned to find that he was a few yards from the healers.
"Hoy! I need a healer stat!" He yelled as he scrambled inside with Red in his arms. They were seen to quickly--Arien taking a seat himself out of weariness as the Healers took care of Red.

When Red gained conciousness her arm was sewed up and wrapped tightly. She still lacked most of her strength but she got out of the healers bed anyway. She barely managed to stay on her feet but she knew she wasnt gonna stay here. She looked around for Arien.
It was still raining heavily outside.
It was still raining heavily outside.
Arien was collapsed in a chair, a few feet away. His breathing was slow and relaxed, indicating he was either asleep or unconscious. One of the healer's had placed a blanket over him, though he hadn't noticed. And his clothes were still wet. A small pool of water was collecting under his chair, indicating that he'd been there for some time.
For some reason Red smiled when she saw him. She stumbled over to him as quietly as possible so not to wake him. She barely touched him, so not to wake him. Then she said something in another tongue; slowly his clothes dried off. She remembered what he had said to her before he teleported them. She leaned down and whispered in his ear, "I already payed you for that. Rememer? I saved your life."
Arien cracked an eye open, regarding her sleepily. "Just don't expect me to be doing that again anytime soon." He yawned and let his eyes close again, slipping into sleep for real as the teleportation's effects caught up to him.
She actually laughed for the first time in many years. She blushed and quickly stopped laughing but she was still smiling. Sitting in a chair next to him, she felt a little sleepy, but she watched the rain fall instead.
Arien soon regained his strength, and with it his consciousness. He awoke with a huge yawn and stretched. "Ugh, what time is it? And please don't say it's still raining because if I have to travel another sopping mile..."
He stopped and looked down at himself. He was dry and not the least bit cold. He plucked at his shirt and then recalling where was, practically leaped to his feet. "Red!"

She had fallen asleep in the chair next to his, her head on the window sill. She jumped in surprise when he yelled her name.
"What?!" she yelled in response then fell off the chair.
"Ow....." she groaned from the floor.

"Huh? Oh...sorry." Arien flinched as she hit the floor and then offered her a hand up. "Um, your arm, is it okay? Weren't you in the bed...?" He looked over at the empty bed and then at the chair beside his. No wonder he hadn't seen her.
She took his hand.
"I woke up. My arm is sewn up and wrapped up tight. If i dont work with it too much i should be fine," she informed Arien.
She suddenly smiled and shook her head then got serious again.

Arien grinned when she smiled at him. "That's good news! But," he swept her off her feet to plunk her down gently in the chair again. "You really should take it easy. As it is, the rain's finally stopped so we should be able to make it back without getting too wet. And hopefully the animals are okay..." he frowned briefly before shaking his head.
"Oh, right, since we're in town--is there anything you need? I was planning on picking up some provisions."
