Maybe it's down to recent events, but when I saw the Bellarue Vermil mail in my inbox I was thinking "Crap, what did I do this time". Since I don't have anyone to mail me yet I assumed it was Kim coming to tell me off for something.
What's a Bellarue Vermil mail? By mail, do you mean private messages on RPR or this is areal life mail thing?
I would presume you meant PMs on RPR, since the only match Google has for that name is an anon character on this very site.

A nifty feature on this site is the ability to PM anyone, even if you're not friends with them. At any time, someone can PM you.

As Snipe said, it's a PM from the anonymous character with that name.
Plus if a mod or Kim does need to PM you, we don't use anon characters! 
It would be a hefty breach of trust, as then any ol' anon could come along claiming to be a moderator.
Also seriously if the above scenario does happen to anyone on the site, please use the report feature under the message's date to let us know so we can handle it.

Agreed! Mods don't use characters of any kind, anonymous or otherwise, to carry out official site business. If an anonymous character claims to be a moderator and gives you any kind of instructions or reprimands, their message should be immediately reported as pretending to be a moderator is a major violation of the rules.
