Flies to his hideout, drops his bags inside of his property and hides it somewhere there.

After I chased them they had stopped in an allay
The man takes out his knife and put it under the neck of the woman...
(Take off your clothes, NOW!!!)the man shouted.
The woman started to take off her jacket...
I got there in time
Then I shouted:
(, you have failed this city, it is the time
To kick your ass very bad,)
The man laughed at me
And said:
(What do you think you are doing kid?
Piss off)
He turned his back on me and go to do his job with the woman...
The light bulb around of me started to
Get broken
Now the man was listing to me
He had turn back and looked into my eyes
I could see the fear in his Eyes.
I started to summon the electricity from any place around me...
They had to listen to me
This man has failed this city
And this should stop somewhere as I said
So I started to send the man some electricity and he stated to burning
He shouted and started to cry
He was begging me to stop
But it's my job
To eliminate the dirty one
So I started to send some of my power to his brain.
He was dying in pain so
I killed him as fast as I could
Then I have turned back to the woman
She shouts and screams when he saw my face...
I tell to my self :
(I had saved her from this man
Why is she shouting and screaming?
Is this because of my face?...)
When I was thinking to my self
The woman had attacked me with the man's knife.
You know the other thing that I hate is betrayers so I started to shock the woman
Her eyes had shot out from his face and her head had to explode.
I heard the cop cars
Someone had to call them
I had to run
But I was under a Saige...
This wasn't good at all
I shouldn't have to kill that woman

The Dark Balancer sees that this city is on the brink of destruction and continues to explore it till he sees the NEWS and sees that many have tried to takeover or take advantage of the city
He then sees a man running across the streets (Charger man) and tries to confront him

On the sky all things seem not obvious because of clouds, notices something in one of the alleys and makes his way towards it, saw an something between clothes, it was something like electricity, noticed that because color if blue. Flies towards there.
Saw a man shocking a woman with her knife on the hands, the woman fell down suddenly and injured man remains there, he saw his special power and goes there on the ground to talk with him, maybe. Deal.
He thinks maybe get can help him at making his new weapon. Said "Hey! Who are you?!" To him
After some moments says "Im splash man!"

Something had landed on the ground
a man with a jetpack
Who wanted my name
I don't give a shit about his name(splash man)
I will die in this ally
I am badly wounded by a knife in my stomach..
Ithink the splashh man is as dirty as the others...
Oh no!dear god
The dirty cops are heree
They get down from their cars and started to shout :
(CCPD!PUT YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HEAD AND LAY ON THE GROUND!NOW!!!)
then I felt the electricity came from deep of my body
My world was changing by me
I had shouted and said :
(HELP ME!!!!!!!)
I said that to splash man
But no one is going to hear me any more
My world fall in darknes and with that
My future fall too...

The Dark Balancer sees the two talking and walks up to them
"Well isn't this a surprise, two of this city's best heroes yet can't get along"
he continues to walk towards Splash man and charger man, expecting them to retaliate or attack him

I was moving so fast I couldn't see anything.
Anything doesn't make sence...
I could hear someone who was talking
I just could have heard a part of his sentence
He said:(tow of this city's best heroes!!!)
I couldn't move my body
The thing around me was changing
I could have felt the electricity in the city
I was shocked by the man who was talking to mee and splash man
Am I a hero for this people?
Then I started to move my body
I didn't want to stay in this jail
Everything gets bright
And at last, I could have seen a person who was talking to us
I don't know how can I describe him
Just I can say he was as mighty as splash man was!!!...
And then I said:
(My name is charger man and I had sent by gods to clean clay city)
Then I shouted and run toward his body but before I crash with his body
I change my body to electricity and then escape...
Before I leave I said:
( feel the power of electricity
Before I destroy this city)
Then I laughed and move as fast as I could between the light bulbs

"Oooo, how scared I am" he says mockingly till he holds out his hand and somehow pulls charger man into his hands
"But here's the thing, your a man of pure energy... but I'm a being of pure power!" He then hits charger man to hard that the whole street is shattered and breaks
"Now where is that iron man wannabe at?" He asks as he is referring to Splash man

While seeing the fight between those people, cops are aiming the gun at all of them and seeing the fight without doing anything, splash man says to dark balancer "YOU WILL LEAVE HIM ALONE NOW, OR YOU WILL PAY FOR IT" Without waiting one more moment, flies towards police cruisers with high speed and hit two if their cars with his both hands, cars got crashed and threw away.
Alley is clear for now, waits for dark balancer's answer.

"You want me to leave him? Fine, but..." he pauses and dashes at Splash man and knocks him off his balance
"Is it just me or are the Metas in this city really weak"

I had open my eye and I smelled the fear and pain
There was a short electricity around me
What could I have to do with a shortage of electricity? it was my power
So I summen more...
Then I stood up very hard...
That man was really strong
It had to get dirty
Sometimes for winning against darkens, we must get dirty...
I saw that man who had pin down the
Splash man like a feather...
This must end somewhere as I said...
So grab a garbage can and summon every electricity in the city and throw
That to his head and started run as fast as I could...

Pushes himself up and tries to crawl on the ground. For some few seconds world just went to the darkness for him and he rests his body on the ground. Said "Seriously?" While laughing a bit.
Stands up with his jetpack and goes near one of the cruisers. Takes one of them and lifts it above his head with his powerful hands, throws it towards the Dark balancer, before that he noticed that balancer got hit with a huge garbage can by a person (Charger man) he threw the cruiser towards the balancer. Flies away and hopes it bought him some times.
Goes to the charger man running away, offers him his hands while flying. He wants to help him to escape with his jetpack. Would he accept?

The Dark Balancer quickly reacts and moves away from from the Charger's attack
"Too slow!" He says as he uses his telekinesis to lift and throw charger man at Splash man

And straight after he throws charger, he destroys the car Splash man threw
"P A T H E T I C. Like seriously, I fought a birdman cosplaying as captain America who put up a better fight" he mockingly says to Splash and Charger

The dark balancer was so strong
I couldn't attacked him in time
But he makes my way so much esaier
Than a few second ago.
I stood up very hard again, there was blood that was coming out from my wounds.
I shouted:
(You are nothing to me!you think that you are a criminal like the others?
No you are just a dirty good that need to crush down
I will give you a offer splash man
Help me and I will help you
Do we have a deal?)
And I waited for his answer.

While offering hand to the charger man to pick him up and escape with him, nods and says "Yes! Deal! Now let's get outta this hellhole." He escaped with his jetpack while picking the charger man with his both hands, while going said "You can't win this game, this city is ours, and you don't have any place here! Next time you see me, it will be the last day on the earth for you!" Flies away with charger man on his hands, goes somewhere near a mountain, there is a big rock on the ground which very normal as no one can get it there's a hideout.
Opens it with pressing a button on his helmet. Door opened. And he went inside of his hideout.
His armors and collection of guns are noticeable there, a big computer with great abilities such as controlling city cameras and ETC.
Turns on the light and says "Take a sit" to the young man, charge man.
"I think you know my name, what's your name? Electro? Blue man?".

When the Dark Balancer sees the two fly away, he starts to grin and cheers in victory
"Man, it's been a while"
He then starts to quickly locate and destroy every local police station and prison, sending the city into instant chaos
