She went and looked through her closet for something.She pauser.Kyrie looked at Lacey."Want to ask master if we can get some clothes that fit you while we're out?" She asked.

"Sure!" Lacey said jumping up from the bed and racing out of the room again. She ran down the hallway, her feet pounding on the floorboards until she got to Josh's room once again. She knocked politely and waited for him to answer.

Josh would have to get used to somebody knocking on his door so often.He laid a book down with its pages facing the desk, and got up and walked over to the door.Opening it, seeing Lacey again.

"Master Josh, when we go out grocery shopping can we get some new clothes for me?" She asked politely, her arms locked behind her back.

He thought over it a second.She does need clothes that fit her.. he thought.he nodded and walked over to his desk.He wrote a check, seeing as though he had given Kyrie only enough money to buy groceries.He ripped it out of the book and walked over to Lacey.He kneeled down and held it out for her, "give this to Kyrie.It for you some clothes."

Lacey watched him write a check and sign it, then carefully took the check from Josh nodding. "Ok." She said with a smile, hugging Josh around his neck. She let go after a couple seconds then went racing back down the hallway back towards Kyrie.

He smiled a tad, and once she was done hugging him, he watched her race down the hall.Seeing that was all, he went back to his book, leaving the door open for once.
Kyrie looked at Lacey as Lacey raced down the hall towards her.

Lacey stopped a few feet from Kyrie so she wouldn't crash into her and held the check out to her. "Master Josh said this is for new clothes for me." She said with a smile, not having read the check. Not that she could anyways.

She took the check and put it in her pocket, with the other check."Alright" she said."Ah yes," she pointed to her bed, "there's some clothes you can wear in the meantime"

"Okie dokie." Lacey said going into the room and putting the clothes on. She came out a couple minutes later fully clothed and smiling. "Thanks." She said, slipping her small hand into Kyries.

"Now we go" she said and begun to go downstairs.Once down stairs she led Lacey out the door.If one remembered, Josh didn't own a car quite yet, he would soon, just not yet, so they'd have to walk, and carry.Not that they needed to much.Kyrie walked Lacey along, leading her to the gate, she opened then gate, letting Let go first, then she followed closing the gate behind her.

Lacey followed Kyrie downstairs and through the hallways to the front door, her bare feet cold from the sudden change of temperature. She walked to the gate and stepped through it before Kyrie, letting her close it behind them. Lacey waited for Kyrie to close the gate and looped her hand through hers once again.

Kyrie had absolutely no shoes that would fit Lacey.If she wore hers, she'd stumble the whole way.
Kyrie turned right and led Lacey towards town.Where they would get the groceries, and her clothes.Town was probably only abut 24 minutes away by foot.

Lacey looked at all the plants that surrounded the house, mainly trees and flowers. "Kyrie, Why does Master Josh enjoy reading?" She asked curiously.

"Its just something he enjoys to do." She said looking straight ahead."He's read a lot since he was a young boy.He learned to read at age 3, and t went on from there.Its a hobby, its a pass time, and for him its fun."

"Ok." Lacey said nodding like she understood. She continued to walk in silence, her bare feet making little noise on the dirt road. (Hope this is ok. )

Kyrie walked Lacey towards town.After the 24 minute walk, The two arrived in town, building everywhere."I think we should get your clothes first, what do you think?" She asked.
