Noticing as a boy keeps peeking over at her, she lifts her eyebrow looking at him curiously. He smiles and blushes. She takes a drink and pretends she didn't notice while chuckling a bit. "Kids can be funny at times." she thought. She looks at the father and smiles while bowing her head towards him out of respect. She keeps to herself for the most part, but gives him a slight wave in acknowledgement.
Mathius exits the kitchen with more sandwiches for everyone, He mentions a secret sauce and is offering potato chips that were made in house. She wished she had waited to join everyone but was too full now to eat anything else. "Maybe he would let her take one to go later that evening" she thought. Her mouth watered a bit while thinking about trying the secret suace he referred too.

Fumizuki was curled up under a blanket on the sofa, adorably asleep.

The black wolf enters with her nose to the ground, her tail sweeping behind her as she lumbers through the doors. Sniffing a spot and paws the ground, sinking down and stretching her paws out and overlapping them, resting her chin on her paws.
The front door protested on its hinges, being swung open slowly. The lithe figure filling the doorway looking familiar yet tired "I think it had been a long while...."
He grinned warmly at his wife as she entered.

Shadowed by the flickering candles, a figure barely visible sits in the far corner of the common room, dark eyes scan the room slowly. Now and then returning to stare at the couple. The gaze did not seem hostile, but not did it seem friendly. Merely watching, observing.

Glancing up, she started a bit at the sight of the stranger, but the only hint of that is her voice slightly higher in pitch "...dear..why don't we retire to our rooms...I do find myself weary from traveling" she makes a point to not look in the strangers general direction
Picking up the tension between the four, merith busied herself by doing some general cleaning. Keeping close to the entrance of the back room just in case

He took her by her hand and led her to to their room. As he did, his gaze met the stranger's "a picture would last longer"
