He cast a glance to Seraphina "trauma. One severe car wreck after another. I've had to go assist up in surgery basically all day. I decided to stop here to get one of Mathius's sandwiches and fries before I pick up my son"

He brought Todd his root beer and roast beef and cheddar sub.

"Dr. Swordson, you are always welcome here"

He placed a wine in front of Seraphina "black cherry wine. Like a merlot, but with an earthy aftertaste"

Sera nodded at Ch'en & Ragna before turning back to Todd.

"Sounds awful. A doctor, hm?" She addressed the three of them, "Is this a regular spot for everyone?"

She wanted to grasp if this was the place where all the locals & even travelers frequented.

Taking the wine, she sipped it and raised a brow at Mathius. She was a woman of few words but this... this was a good drink.

Instead of verbalizing so, she pushed over a few coins- a fair bit extra than the cost of the drink itself.

"The best way to describe this place is a multi-universal convergence nexus. All universes have points they intersect at. It just so happens that this place is accessible by ALL universes"

"Which is for the better or worse based on some the characters we've seen around here. Some just make you want to draw swords and deal with them, others are fine."
