A demon, hated by most with sanity. In disguise as a human, wandering the streets. The sight of a bar catches the attention of the woman dressed in a red dress. She enters the building to welcome the scent of alcohol to her nose, and the sound of drunken stupidity to her ears. She sits on a stool and orders a vodka, then looks around, laying eyes on y/c. Something sparked in her mind, and she knew she had to get to know them.
Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Modern
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Romance is required from early on, but there will be some semblance of a plot beyond the relationship.
