HI. My life is pretty fast paced. Sometimes so much gets in the way that I frequently forget this place exists, and thus, my RPs will die with my forgetfulness. This sucks! I certainly don't want to abandon them, but running a game development team and being in the Navy takes about 95 percent of the brain.

So a companion app would be pretty cool! It certainly wouldn't have to be a full-blown smart phone representation of every site function, just something to keep up with PMs or a reminder notification, in combination with like...a character notepad in case someone thinks of a character on the fly. Also, its been over a year since I've remembered to check this place. If you're still around and you happen to see this post, I'm terribly sorry about the rps I abandoned.

Welcome back to the site! Mobile apps are not possible in the foreseeable future because there are no resources to devote to it! We'd all love it, but we simply have to make do with a mobile browser version instead. (Kim operates the site all by herself, on the programming end. When she updates the main site she would have to update at least 2-3 different apps, one for the most common platforms each. Combined with a full time job that's just not viable, and hiring developers is extremely expensive for long-term maintenance.)

We do have a new and improved email notification system. You can set it to email you hourly, daily or weekly in your settings, with additional notification settings here. This should help to notify you through email, and will tailor your on-site notifications to how you desire them too. I hope that helps a little!

To your actual suggestion, I've actually put out some feelers about the creation of a push notifications app. This is a fact finding mission -- no promises yet! What Sanne said about the challenges of running the site solo is still extremely valid.
