From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Man, I can't remember the last time I got to talk to Bones, and that is a damn shame. Bones was one of the first presences I got to acquaint myself with when I started becoming more active on RPR, and it was always fun to talk to him in chat whenever I was around. He always has crazy and brilliant ideas, not to mention that he's super all for taking that crazy and having me apply it to my art at times. I met Boney a long time ago. I can't remember exactly when, but it was a good day because I ended the day with a friend more than when I woke up that morning.
Boney never fails to make me smile, and though he still insists on calling me 'Moira', he brightens my day whenever I have the opportunity to talk to him, his humour is infectious, and though his visits may be brief, Boney is someone I really look forward to talking to whenever I can. - Mori -

I first met Bonebag when I was a dumb kid, years ago. I didn't really know what to think of the guy. I think we talked, sometimes. Then he disappeared and I didn't really think much of it.
Then he came back a couple years after and we talked for a few hours in chat. And just like that, he became one of my most cherished RPR buddies. He's a great friend and overall smart guy who always makes my day a little better when he shows up, even when he can't stay for very long. -SeraphicStar -
Bonebag and I haven't talked recently, though I know that when we catch up again, it'll be like no time has passed at all. That's one of the best things about knowing Bones. And though we haven't actually known each other for that long, Bones has always been that kind of person who feels like time kind of has no relevance when you interact with him. Everything is always just in the moment, and though there is high optimism for the future, it's always the now of it that matters most.

He's my PokePal (my go-to person for all geeky Pokemon related things) and never fails to make me laugh with his terrible, soul crushing puns. Ironically enough for someone who fancies himself a dark lord (I think), Bonebag always brings the light into the chat when he enters. Admittedly there's not much else I can say that hasn't already been stated by others giving him kudos, but that alone should speak volumes for how much Bones measures up. I do wish I could say more about his roleplaying skill, which is something I'll rectify soon! He's also the only gearhead I know (I pray gearhead isn't offensive) who likes Pokemon that much. - GrandFinale

I haven't really known Bone for very long, and I haven't roleplayed with him at all, but I do know how nice it is to know that he is willing to sit down with you, and listen to all your problems. He gives amazing advice, as well as he is rather funny with his witty humor! He is clearly someone that brings up the mood in the "Just Talkin'

Bones is one of a kind. One of the most inventive and creative RPers I've ever met. His characters are constantly the sort of amalgamation of ideas you never seem to see anywhere else. Whether it be Arcane Archer Blood Mages or Pseudo-Australian Steampunk Spies, Asian-esque Fey with a love of tubers or power-hungry Sorceress Supreme, Bones never ceases to amaze and entertain. If one could convince him to actually roleplay more often, you'd be amazed at the spectacles you'd witness! - Andryn
