From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

Dorian is chock full of ideas and plots, but that isn't the only reason she's an incredible person. Dorian has easily become a very trusted and dear friend to me. I appreciate her counsel as well as her candor when it comes to finding someone to share myself with. I'm forever thankful for her presence in my life.

I honestly feel at most times that I cannot do Dorian justice with words. Dorian is a bright life in my life. She is the kind of friend who will support you in anything, even if she does not agree, she has the wisdom and heart to let you figure it out for yourself and without condemning. That's almost unheard of. She spreads her goodness around and applies herself fully to whatever she puts herself to. She is a force to be reckoned with.

I haven't gotten to play too much with Dorian, but from the times that I have, they seem really awesome and laid back. They have a good grasp of a scene's mood, and are just as capable of writing quiet conversations in a sleepy pizza shop as they are chase scenes in a busy bazaar, which is much appreciated. I'll speak with ('til now) unspoken fondness, great appreciation and regret, yet I only have 500 characters to describe it. What Dorian and I created in the past is unforgettable. I'll forever remember it with warm, sad fondness and I'll treasure it all. She's a good friend, incredibly creative and very fun to work with. I've yet to rp with Dorian (though I cannot WAIT to do so) but of course I've sneaked looks at her other role-playing threads and pored over her character profiles and she's clearly a magical writer and creator. Who could help but be enchanted? I can also attest to Dorian being a lovely person to talk to OOC, happy to answer even the dumbest of questions and collaborate and plot, not to mention talk Harry Potter and rec fanfic! Writing with Dorian is difficult to describe, because she's inspiring every bit of the way. For someone who is fairly new to roleplay, she challenges me to be better. Her characters come with impressive depth, and her plotting abilities are off the charts. Dorian is one of those who i sometimes wonder: How in the world does she put up with me?! We disagree on a lot, but in the end we patch things up, if it's needed, and go on. I talk to her often, and I like it when I make her laugh over small things. So far I've only been writing with one, technically two, OC's of her's, but they are both so well written and thought of. Dorian is simply a perfect roleplayer. Plotting and chatting OOC with her is so much fun; designing all the aspects of a story and speculating about how characters might react.
