This is the official thread for Epic Week 2017 adventurers to discuss programming the flight computers by activating all of the nodes.
Each computer has 10 nodes. The correct word or phrase must be entered into a node to activate it. Activate all 10 to activate the flight computer. Unfortunately, the alien invaders are attempting to stop us, and sometimes working on the boosters is dangerous -- maybe coordinate with the warriors thread to get safe passage?
For every node, a creature with knowledge of its riddle is hidden somewhere on the site. Find these riddle masters to get clues toward the correct answer for each node.

Now that we've penetrated our enemies' stronghold, we have to help our many headed cyber dragon friend unlock more nodes! First we must find the Masters with the riddle clues!
How to help out with riddles:
Look everywhere around the site for little hidden links to Masters and report any location clues you run into.
- Before posting a Master location clue, please check the volunteer posts to see if it's already there. This makes it easier to keep it updated for us.
- Please let us know if you unlocked a clue with a Master so we can update the thread!
- Please let us know where you found the Master so we can cross off location clues
- As this is a team effort, we have to wait for the Warriors to clear the path before we can make guesses. If we don't have your guesses listed when this happens, you may be offline when they do, so we'd be missing out on the answer! Please let us add your not yet tried guesses to the topic. Keeping them to yourself hurts the team effort.
- Please let us know all the answers you tried even if they were wrong so we don't try to put in answers we know are wrong.
A Primer on Alien Language - Important Information for Solving Nodes!
Many of the puzzles this Epic Week are not trivia- or fandom-based as they have been in the past, but seem to be related to decrypting bits of alien language found within the invaders' ships and technology. Examples can be found within the Epic Week comics and videos - and are the key to answering some of the Nodes on the rocket boosters.
On the Regular and Puzzle Nodes
The Puzzle Booster Rockets Nodes have all been focused on RPR/Epic Week. It's highly unlikely that the following Puzzle Nodes on the Die Star are suddenly answers that don't relate to the site or the event, so it's recommended we focus our riddling efforts on finding the answer inside RPR itself!
The other Nodes (Apple, Longing etc.) are not related to RPR and we should focus our efforts on pursuing answers outside the site. Remember that the icons for the Nodes are hints and relevant to the answer! There's a reason why we have, for example, the NASA logo for the Heavenly Seal - the answer is somehow related to NASA. Kim has confirmed that the icons are not meant to misdirect, but are part of the clues!

Many of the puzzles this Epic Week are not trivia- or fandom-based as they have been in the past, but seem to be related to decrypting bits of alien language found within the invaders' ships and technology. Examples can be found within the Epic Week comics and videos - and are the key to answering some of the Nodes on the rocket boosters.
Lettering and Numerology
Primarily, we're looking at the Nodes noted by Greek letters (Alpha, Omega, Zeta, and Sifr) on the Red Booster, and the Puzzle# Nodes (Puzzle6, Puzzle7, etc) on the Blue Booster.
Heimdall has assembled a key to the aliens' alphabet. Most words seem to translate directly into English once the alphabet is substituted in, but there have been some examples of Klingon and Quenya seen, as well, or cryptological ciphers applied to phrases that needs to be decrypted before you get something readable.
The numeric system is pretty easy to follow - dots without accompanying curved lines (which would be letters, instead) are the numbers 1-5, and straight lines are tally marks of 5. A line and a dot is six, line and two dots is seven, two lines and three dots is thirteen, and so on!
For further information, make sure to comb over any released comics or videos in the Epic Week news posts - keep your eyes peeled for clues!
