I have the same background, having started on forums more than a decade ago now, and let me tell you - I have found a home with RPR. I stumbled across it by accident after growing tired of chat style RP on Kik and Discord, I was also trying to find my roots again with forum RP and I know I found what I was looking for. I hope you have too!
This place is great for organizing characters! The people here are so understanding and just so nice. There’s a good, wide spread of things to do here ranging from earning accolades to decorate your profile with, to creating groups dedicated to your RP story, to site wide RP activities.
