Any Struth with a pet bird probably had to deal with getting asking if it was their kid.

I knew it had to be it - like I said, what else do you do with tons and tons of soon-to-be-rotting bananas - and I was so close the last time or two I had been tossing things at it

but just hadn't quite gotten that right combination

Here was me thinking oh I totally picked the most easy and obvious combo but of course that's... not how brains work

I got caught on the 'ba' in lembas and was like 'oh that's the obvious join point!'.
