Sahara, riddles/trivia can be about al sorts of stuff. What if there was a Bluey one, or Owl House, or Sky: CotL? Or other things. And yeah, horse facts could come up, too, like history, science facts, how many horses have been Black Beauty, etc.
Plus they're all a community effort - no one figures them out alone, it's lots of people throwing out ideas and sifting through them.
